This is one of the oldest restaurants in dar & has maintained their food quality very well. They are known for there seafood dishes and the best in Dar es Salaam. Their few veg dishes like Chinese bhel, their daal Makhani, naan, they are really good. This place is usually crowded. Have a decent play area for children. Waiters are polite & quick!

Everything is so good here . The nundu is awesome . This is a restaurant I would go to every week . The fish dishes are great . Great mix of Indian and Swahili food .

It is always a trip down memory lane visiting Barbeque Village. I am happy to report the food is just as good as i remember it. However, maybe the portions have become a bit smaller. I also must point out the condition of the chairs and tables need to be updated soon they are starting to show their age. Otherwise a very pleasant experience, staff were very helpful and food arrived relatively fast and piping hot at it should be. I can be a bit difficult to find parking, so plan ahead.

I had been there for the first time and was so exited as had been hearing from people about it but honestly speaking the food was ok but the service was very poor as it takes very long time to get your order. So a suggestions if anyone wants to go there so better go 1 hour before and place your order and yah most important it is damn expensive .

I tried special cuisine crispy prawns，this one is delicious.Others like curry and naan are normal，and they only open in evening，space is wide and cozy

Location is good and the staff are very friendly. Very close to the seafood market so it was delicious and fresh. Despite not having a view or music on their upper deck, the seafood was the star of the evening. If you like seafood without any added spices then this is for you. Price is a bit much for not offering more interesting side dishes with their platter.

Food, Service and Atmosphere are of average quality. But the price is of Hi quality. We are about 15 person and all ordered a different dish. But sorry to say most of us have not enjoyed the food.

Lobster Thermidor e and BBQ prawns were just yummy.

I heard good things about this restaurant. Delicious lassi, however the palak paneer was not as thick and creamy as you want it. Chicken sekela was alright. The fish curry was a bit tasteless.

The food was amazing no doubt, hospitality could be much better, food took 1 1/2hours hours thats a deal breaker, staff needs to work better. Overall its a decent place for family, wheelchair accessible.

You guys need to bill the price on the menu... no doubt food is good... but your menu should be all inclusive... change your prices to an exact value...

Great food. Amazing indian food. But waiters kept insisting with tips and they don't return change. And for some reason you can't pay by card.

BBQ Village has been in existence for a long time now. One can never go wrong with the food here. Albeit these days it seems portions have reduced. Some upgrades are much needed and in terms of crockery and utensils, which would make such a big difference in presentation.

It is a very good resturant with a large varieties of food and amazing taste. It also has a good environment and swings for kids to play. But the service is very very slow, they take about 20-40 mins just to bring the drinks

This place is classic and timeless. The Great flavours haven't changed on years. I always come here for the steak

Clean local eating with pleasant staff. Realistic pricing. Could do more to encourage adherence to COVID protocols. Spacing between tables in some areas.

Excellent prices marked as Vat exclusive one must bear in mind. Though i think the appropriate way is to show VAT inclusive.
