The food is great! Loved the atmosphere. Plenty of Parking is available. Prices are also okay for the portions. Really enjoyed.

The best Chinese food ever tasted. The food was fantastic with unique dishes but expensive. We ordered eggplant fries, which tasted superb. Also, their sweet and sour curry and rice is also worth trying.

Clean and bright, fast service, very flavourful dishes in incredible portions. Not too expensive but definitely worth the prices. I love how much space there is inside and the divisions within the restaurant make it feel like there's much fewer people around. Must recommend the sweet and sour chicken, and chicken with cashewnuts. Kung pao beef also very good.

This place is seriously good. Ticks all the boxes. Excellent Chinese food, great service, generous portions and reasonably priced! They also have separate rooms which are great for business purposes or if you're a large family and want some private space and don't want to disturb others. The aubergine fries in this place are out of this world! I've never had anything like that ever. This is a place you can go to over and over again and you'll never tire!

I savored the delicious combination of fried rice, prawns, and calamari at The Great Wall Restaurant. The fried rice was perfectly seasoned, and the prawns and calamari were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The flavors harmonized beautifully, creating a memorable dining experience. The seafood selection at The Great Wall is definitely a highlight, and I highly recommend trying the fried rice with prawns and calamari for a delightful and satisfying meal.

Really amazing Hot Pot Buffet for such a reasonable price of 40,000pp (if more 2 people plus). They give you big quantities of ingredients and you can always request more.

They have a beautiful setting, clean environment, affordable and yet incredibly tasty food. I would definitely recommend a date, a team lunch or dinner or a work meeting. They even have rooms that can double up as meeting rooms or a more private gathering. They have great service too

Large seating area, spacious and clean. We ordered chicken veg , chicken dimsim and eggplants in brown sauce. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the eggplants were delicious ! However, we waited for a long time and the waitress was a bit rude.

Really great value for money, clean and spacious rooms, mostly aimed at chinese people but we didn't feel weird as europeans there. They have a kind of chinese style breakfast with dim sum and it was good, actually likes it more than continental.

I have been loving great wall for so long the meals I can't explain my visit today was disappointing I was super tired and hungry came for take away I asked to pay with mobile money the amount had been confirmed and this lady at the reception was so unwelcoming it made me super upset! Good food & spacious restaurant. The corn soup was very sweet. We tried S&S chicken and Pepper Beef with Veg fried noodles; so a very safe combo. We wanted to try duck from the menu but they had run out. A few hiccups, but decent service overall.

Horrible service. Long waiting time. Mediocre food. You are met with some of the rudest, impatient and impolite waitresses. They are inattentive and speak to you with such a rude tone. Upon asking for the bill, I have to get up and walk to the front, ask and only to find our waitress just standing and admiring the view. Absolutely unbelievable. Food itself took very long. It took 45 minutes to get 2 out of 6 dishes. And another 30 minutes to get the remaining 4 dishes. The food isn't anything spectacular and it's definitely not worth being served with a rude attitude.

Chinese food. Who doesn't like it. This place offers great meat and chicken dishes they say it's all halal meat. I recomend the beef in black bean sauce. However it's highly priced. But if you go in a group the food will be sufficient and cost comes down when going dutch

Food is quite okay, I would say not the real chinese taste compared to other Chinese restaurants in Dar.

We got the egg fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The egg fried rice was OK, nothing special, but we had no complaints. The sweet and sour chicken was very disappointing. It was mushy beyond comparison. I tried to tell myself to like it but my companion and I couldn't even finish 1/3 of the chicken. I am very disappointed, I will not be returning.

Food is great. We ordered sweet n sour pork, its crunchy with right consitency of sauce. Egg fried rice never disappoints you. Every special occassion we celebrate it here with my husband

Been there 3 times till now. So I have mixed feelings about this place. I would say it's an average in terms of food but has good ambience. Will likely to get better food on weekends than on weekdays. Quantity is good for the price we paid. For example, 1 fried rice is sufficient for 2 persons.

Beautiful place to go with family for dinner. Either on budget you will definitely get something to satisfy you. Great customer service, I love the place . Would definitely dine again in this place.

This has to be one of my favourite Chinese Restaurants in Africa. The food is authentic and really good. The portions are huge so do not order a lot of dishes as you will be left with a lot of food to take home. This is best in a group of people so you can try lots of different things and if you don't eat spicy food they can cater dishes to be milder. Anyone looking for a great Chinese Restaurant in Dar Es Salaam should try this.

Everything was well organized and clean. It has been a consistent go to place for me when in the mood for authentic (?) Chinese cuisine.. like the cumin lamb, the ribs with onion as well as the duck with mushrooms. Usually quick service and well attended waiting is part of the experience here. Favorite.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Dar. Quick service, delicious eats, clean and well arranged restaurant with beautiful decor, well trained and neat staff, enough secured parking space and they also have a hotel on the first floor if one wishes to book for a stay as well. It's a perfect place for business dinners (you could opt for a private room of 10pax for a fixed amount). It's also a good place to host birthdays for both Kids and adults. Kids have an outdoor playground as well. If you craving for a Chinese cuisine...i highly recommend this place

At 8.00pm on a sunday evening we were asked to order quickly as the kitchen staff are busy, out of 20 tables 7 tables occupied with an average of 5 pax on each table, well never again going to visit no matter how good the food tastes

Very nice restaurant. I love Dim Sum and found some here. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was good except they should have been more familiar with the menu. They told me they didn't serve a dish I later found on the menu.

If you are looking for a chinise dinner, ambience, service.. This is the place to be.. Although the the price is abit higher but the portion serving is enough for the price charged.. One main dish can easily serves 3 people. The taste is incredible wanting for you to go back.. The restaurant has been there for some time but the service and food remains the same... I really recommend this place if you love chinise cuisine.

Ambience is good and very helpful staff to assist you on choice of food if not sure what to eat. They have a wide range of meals to choose from and the food is tasty, they serve a generous portion. If for some reason you don't finish all your meals there is always that option of having a doggy bag to enjoy the following day 😋....ooh they also have a buffet setup for those who want more choice of meals. The place is child friendly and outside they have an open space for children to play so parents can opt to have the meals outside too. No need to worry about parking as they have their own packing space as we all know some places in Dar parking spaces is usually cumbersome.

The service is very poor,I ordered Mix veg schezwan special,they did not keep all the vegetables and the waitress started arguing with me plus the food also had insects.Very disappointed with the service and the food.When I complained about everything to the waitress,the waitress kept of arguing with us.I don't recommend anyone to ever visit The Great Wall restaurant
