Finger Licking Good, that's what it was. The chicken is great. The service is even better. It was my first time there but the service didn't take 4 minutes for streetwise II to be on my table. Today i ordered Mvp menu from KFC MLIMANICITY, the chicken was worse than my expectation. It is not crispy as it usually is the same with the fries.. the management has to do something.

No one will ever regret going to this place. The foods and drinks served here are deliciously sweet and yummy The place is conducively confortable for everyone at all times of service

There was a lot of congestion that increased the waiting time. Probably you need to increase space or may be this was due to the seasonal influx customers in the holiday seasons.

It gets over crowded sometimes, taking that feeling of congestion to your head. They do maintain the standards of KFC.

I like KFC they have better services and their food and drinks is too Delicious 😋

Consistently great and very tasty chicken every day since day 1. Would be an easy 5 star if they would have better quality control over their fries. Removing the habit of sneaking in more wings into tubs than is normal. Random distribution of expensive coleslaw between 40-80% of the cointainer, and some other tidbits that cause a poor experience. I usually just buy the chicken alone to avoid such poor experiences.

Very systematic place for relatively self service and affordable food

The chicken here tastes like the KFC in the Philippines, wish they should have mushroom gravy also as dipping sauce for the chicken. Ambiance is clean and presentable just like any other fast food restos. Would just like to suggest that the tables should be sanitized nicely next time.

The area is small compared to the turn over, and service uses only one language which is Swahili, so its very easy to miss your order since you don't know the language, The TV that displays order numbers is mulfunctioning
