Good place. Great customer service. I can recommend it for family/business dinner. Food come in big portions that can be shared.

Beautiful restaurant in a wonderful hotel. I enjoyed a drink to meet a friend but didn't eat so I will spare any comments about the food, but I'd definitely try it next time round.

A big disappointment… where should I even start. We ordered several food from the menu. One Veg main dish which was severed with only vegetables. No rice or nothing was offered, we had to ask for it. But the biggest surprise was my spicy noodle dish (with shrimps). See the picture below. I also asked the waitress about all the missing shrimps and he told me to order a new whole dish from the menu if I wanted more shrimps?!? I don’t know what kind of service this is? The food was not spicy, the shrimps was cold. I couldn’t eat it. This is the worst restaurant I’ve been at during my stay here. Oh they also pour water in you glass and charges you later 4.500 shillings without warning you. Listen to me, DON’T GO HERE!!!!! you will truly regret it. I can highly recommend the PALM next door or the restaurant downstairs called Flame Tree Lounge. We went there afterwards and had the best food, atmosphere and fun time.

Had a great day using the restaurant by the pool, the team assisted me with a plug point for my laptop which enabled me to work and eat some great food there for the entire day. Theresa made sure to get me sorted about anything that I needed. Really enjoying my stay at Hyatt.

Such an amazing restaurant with awesome decor. The food is heaven! The prawns and Mongolian lamb is out of this world..chapeau chef!

On our second day of our stay we tried this restaurant. The food was amazing and the ambiance was authentically Chinese. Our waitress Leticiah was lovely and she gave us the best service! This restaurant is definitely a recommendation to everyone in Dar es Salaam.

I have been to many different hotels, Kilmanjaro hotel I remember as a good experience with rooftop terrace with nice view of the city and the harbor, in the evening with Tanzania music and dance, super service.
