Need to increase the amount of souce

It cant be compared to kfc mikocheni. The chicken were soggy here..small place.washroom nd the serving tables are in same area.. so its a nasty feeling everytime some1 uses the washroom.

Beautiful place but lacks warmth from the staff, very cold with short answers like they were so tired while the night was just beginning Chicken was not good at all, it was a bit bitter to taste and didnt taste like chicken. It was weekday, I wonder why the chicken was not good?, the chips potion was too small, even my 6 years old girl complained that the portion was too little for her! Oreo crusher was disaster, it was too watery like the milk e]was not according to proportions required. I wish the owner could read this and make changes as these small customer complains are what matters in business. Otherwise the whole ambiance was ok though the kids playground need attention, its worn out and seem like abandoned area. Service: I would have loved to put a zero under service as the girls didnt have customer service acumen at all. I chose sprite initially, since I never tasted crusher before, I was then convinced to taste crusher so I wanted to change from sprite to crusher.. to our disappointement, the girl cashier refused to remove the sprite from our purchases saying its against their policy!!!! what policy! the sprite was still in their hands and I was forced to buy both crusher and sprite, such a rip off!

Fantastic place to have a family get together

Went with the drive through - a concept that is still relatively new in Tanzania. I must say the service was friendly and fast. The food was on point. The servers were professional and polite. Would highly recommend for a quick bite to eat. The highlight were the french fries, they were hot and crunchy!

Best KFC in Dar es Salaam. The "karibus" the wide smiles. The patience. My card got rejected and I was causing a queue at the counter but they kept it real cool. I will go here time and time again.

The waitress there always gives me the wrong soda intentionally. I have had this issue countless times. Also some days the food is good and other days it is very stale. Such a shame for a reputable business to turn out this way.

Sticky chicken wings have lost their taste. Chips were not fresh. Chicken strips were not enjoyable The restaurant ambiance and cooling is terrible. The washroom is dirty, taps were loose. Forgot to add the playground is also technically falling apart For an international chain the franchise really needs to be looked at...

Service is good. However, for a food outlet, a very well-known food outlet, for that matter, it is absolutely disgusting that the outdoor area is not kept clean at all times. It is evident from the picture that the dead flies had been here for some time judging by the amount. Chairs had dead flies as well as the table, too. It made eating here unpleasant.

Best place for food and drinks for all varieties and it located at masaki, msasani peninsula

Service was good, fast. Took an offer of 5 pcs of chicken, specified no breast piece but still ended up with one. Were not asked if we wanted spicy or original so unfortunately ended up with spicy. But otherwise service was good. Washroom was wet and not clean, definitely need to work on hygiene here.

The place is not tidy at all. Gave them 3 starts as their customers service is still nice. Quick driveway as well.

Well managed location. Excellent service as soon as I walked in the door. Efficient, professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Nice clean dining area. Ate there, but noticed drive-thru and Delivery available. Outside dining also.

Food and service was great except restroom too worst warer is pouring 🫗 on the floor always, inside the toilet make/female, and both doors are always open (not working automatic door system) and dustbin position need to be check and clean on time

We really enjoyed together with my wife having our dinner at KFC Masaki. I ate 3 pcs streetwise, my wife enjoyed the twister for sure, our meals were superb.

The milkshakes were NOT even blended. Milk and the bottom, not creamy. Absolute no care in making them.

My favourite KFC in Dar so far, I don't know how the one Victoria will far out in the future.

Fast and quick, if you want takeout food I'd suggest KFC. You just go there, place your order when you enter with your car and you get served super quick. I just loved the system of ordering over there... 👍🏻👍🏻😍😍and the food is always amazing 😋😋....

Typical KFC, Could be cleaner, service bit slow, food consistant which is what you want with a fast food chain.

The food is decent, but the selection is very limited compared to KFCs worldwide. There are no boneless meals, no mash and gravy and there are only three sauces. It's still a KFC though and for that i give it a thumbs up.

Was so hungry and drove by today with my boys for a quick snack but unfortunately this was the oiliest * chicken I ever had. Nothing close to the KFC taste I know of. My babies also said it wasn't as tasty as they know it to be..ordered spicy and non but they all tasted alike, no flavour and super oily. Very disappointed 😞. Can I get a refund?

Extremely poor were selling crushers without a straw. When asked the person at the counter why do you sell an item if you don't have the right equipment to offer the clients she said we are out of stock you can use a spoon. Amazing crusher with a spoon. I think they do not know their own products
