It's a good choice for staying in DAR, I was staying for 3 weeks in the crown Plaza and to be honest I hate nothing to complain. The hotel is good located, the apartments are well and modern equipped, the rooms are clean, the food is good and the staff is very friendly and educated. thank you very much for making my stay so comfortable. To the whole management team and staff you doing a great job, keep it up.

I have stayed in many hotels in different continents; this was simply outstanding! From arranging my shuttle promptly, warm friendly professional personnel at the front desk; a clean modern room; excellent breakfast and the most helpful hotel staff that will go well beyond expectations to make your stay exceptional. After a long chaotic day in Dar Ed Salaam, this was an absolute haven to go back to. Keeping up the outstanding work.

Clean and good business type hotell. However a rigid staff that is unhelpful at check in. Forced to through online booking over a 5$ price difference compared to booking a night in the reception.

Very clean. Nice rooms. But the shuttle to the airport is expensive. Take Uber if you can and if you are traveling solo. Food was good. Coffee was ok. Pool is small.

I liked the location of the hotel, the rooms was okay but I did not have much of a view from the 3rd floor. The showers were superb and I liked the staff. They knew our names and gave us excellent service for a training we were conducting. I wish the garden had an outdoor bar and some soft music. I thought that is an easy win. Will go back anytime

Attention to detail and helpful. Outdoor sitting around the pool was breath taking. Food fabulous and loved their cleanliness.

The hotel is new and nicely designed. Service was excellent, rooms were nice, and breakfast was wonderful. However, I booked this place partly because of the pool and gym, both of which were not great. The pool is not so inviting, next to a very loud generator, it doesn't get much sun during the day, and is in full view of the restaurant - not a single person used it all week. The gym was tiny, missing weights, and didn't have anything to disinfect with. Was pretty gross at times. Overall it's a good place to stay in town, but it could be improved.

Had a flight cancelation & received accomodation from the airline. The facility is clean; the bed is reasonably comfortable. The furnishings are a little worn. The menu options are excellent, especially the grilled options. And the staff are professional and always willing to offer assistance.

It’s a beautiful cozy hotel, great location. The building next door has a very loud generator but it’s a great place besides that

Excellent Stay Very clean, hygienic and spacious room, decent Food, good for leisure and business traveler, staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne plaza, I will definitely come back again.

Went in for a conference. The arrangements were very good. The food served was fresh, warm and having great taste. They also offered a few varieties of desserts which was very good. Overall a great experience!

Clean cosy and quiet rooms, (you’ll love the shower too) Hotel has beautiful decor, great work internet for work and entertainment. It has courteous staff and good security. Also situated in a clean neighborhood close to the ocean at beautiful roads for morning and evening jogs/walks

Situated near to city center. It's a recently constructed property hence rooms are more spacious, clean & give a novel feeling as compared to hotel rooms in same price range. Service is bit slow, we arrived at 11 in the night & check-in at reception could have been faster. Breakfast buffet had variety of options. Rooms offer city views only even though there are certain category of rooms listed as sea-view. Wifi was excellent.

I think its a nice place but it has some restrictions that I wouldn’t like, I called them for a birthday party reservation at their restaurant but I didn’t like some of their rules like no taking pictures with cameras and bar & kitchen are closed around 9:30pm.

The Hotel is located in a good location, but other than that, there aren't many positives about it, The washrooms have fully transparent Doors, without any sort of drop down curtains or so, which is a horrible invasion of privacy, and even the doors are faulty, The staff is rude and condescending, we took our PCR tests through the Hotel (and paid extra for it) but almost missed our flights because they would not give us the results as we were leaving, and we had been tested by them 2 days ago. Truly frustrating experience. Another good thing about the Hotel is it's Cappuccino..Maybe they should turn it into a Café really.

Extremely unprofessional staff Faiza was the worst receptionist ever seen. No room service after 6 and no house keeping also. Faiza if u ask anything was very very rude will not recommend still she us there

Amazing place to stay in Dar, the staff are genuine and super helpful all my concerns were attended to in quick time. It's unfortunate I can see someone complain about the staff, I would say the best staff who are customer oriented in any of the hotels I have visited in Africa. I have seen a Mr.Kian Kuna having complains against the staff, I believe that review is so unjustified and wrong. You probably had a bad day. The staff at this hotel are overwhelmingly good!! The rooms, the shower, the customer relations....I have stayed here for the last 4 years and won't change that for anything!!

A good quiet place to have meetings around city center

Amazing. We checked in very late, they offered a late checkout which was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly. Will definitely be back soon

29.01.2022 Very bad front receptionist, a unhappy woman called Faiza. A hospitality sector cannot keep those kind of bad character people. A pile of money is paid for that hotel and we expect a decent dialogue. She can work for a government job something like a prison guard.

VERY VERY GOOD Value for MONEY!!!! Shout out to the amazing FOH team & reception, which includes a special mention Faiza, keep up the great work. Rooms have everything a person needs, perfect finishings, the hotel still has that new car smell;-) Friendly, helpful and straight to the to point professional staff. Hits all the high notes, 1) Clean 2) Secure 3) Little Noise while sleeping. Unless my ego flares up again and wants a 100 square room it will have to pay more, otherwise the standard is more than ample. Happy Travels J

tried calling the hotel..couldn't contact the hotel. they only had 1number which was not working. and the sale person wont pick her mobile.

They dont have some menu items which are local favourites . Service lacks courtesy and common sense but ambience provided is perfect.
