Terrible rooms for the price of 80k. Usually for that price you'd expect to get a bottle of water. Mini-fridge and even a towel. The room I was in didn't even have a simple dustbin. The only good thing about this place is the fact it's located near the airport and ever since they started construction on the new railway it has lost that perk.

Very close to the airport, but taxi has to detour around construction, so allow extra time. Don't expect anything special, but rooms are clean and always available. We had one room with good AC and one with bad. Plenty of hot water. Price will feel too high, but it's all about being close to the airport.

Very good economy hotel but the location is a bit of a problem especially the road to the hotel.

Was clean enough. No blankets only one sheet. Hot water was great!

Modern hotel within 2 km of the airport. The airport was nice and the staff very helpful. The lady at the check in spoke English. It is a very rough and bumpy road between Airport and Hotel.

I would not confirm this to be a 3.5 star hotel. Staff was alright, the room was spartan with no sundries and an a/c without remote. Toilet had no seat and it was a bit of a chore to climb 4 flights with luggage. Works in a pinch being close to the airport and price was decent, buffet was ok but it is more tuned to locals than travelers.

It's definitely not a 4 star as advertised. It's 3 minutes from airport. Very dingy road leading to the place. Should cost US$5 /10000 shillings by cab from airport. Its like a motel or booking rooms. The charge US$72 per night for 2 people. No tub no proper showers. Just a shower rose.

No elevator. Door not very secure - had to push desk behind the door to sleep. Bathroom dirty. Threadbare linen. Corridors narrow and dark. Noisy

The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the airport and the AC. Otherwise very disappointing. No email confirmation received despite asking for it. Rate quoted was changed on arrival for both room and airport transfer. And the rate quoted was actually higher than the rate advertised in reception. ( advertised rate 80k tsh, charged 100k). When asked the receptionist simply looks at you blankly. A very disappointing experience and will certainly not return.....

Poor, smells terrible in the bathroom, didn’t want to let me do a late checkout for a hotel near an airport ?!?!?? So I had to go 5hours earlier to the airport. WiFi works Verry slow and not stable in the lobby and the hallway. mold and moisture problems in my room. The train passes close and horns loud and long because there is railway crossing without barriers so probably need to warn the people. Room for improvement. I have to admit that the staff was polite and friendly

A short distance from the airport. We called and a shuttle driver met us. It is a simple but nice hotel with a restauraunt attached. Perfect for a quick layover while flying through.

Nice location, can do better with cleanliness. Staff are courteous and friendly. Ample parking...liked their breakfast too

Conveniently near Dar airport. Reasonably priced rooms. Full ac hot showers ,cable TV etc.

Quite terrible, messed up my bookings, there's no hot water, no WiFi. You're better off going into town and booking a better hotel.
