What I liked: This hotel is physically gorgeous and has great potential to become a five star hotel. Beautiful views of Ubungo and the rest if the city. The reception staff is the only professional. The rooms were clean and spacious. The prices as of this review start from 40k. Its worth the money for such a beautifully built hotel. What I didn’t like: Overall, poor customer service. They also have very unusual rules like no guests after 9pm as if its a school dorm. The elevator only works to 6th floor and is the slowest elevator in the city. Also they have a barbershop owned by the property. I was unfortunate enough to use it. Cost 5k for a hair cut. I am need a bald shave, an overcharge. Once the barber was done he left and didn’t say a word, gave the washer lady the money. The lack of customer service is appalling in this place.

Good place to stay if passing through Dar or need to catch an early morning upcountry bus. Comfortable rooms with a/c and a small balcony. Hot water intermittent, but easily overlooked with the Dar heat. Good breakfast in the morning.

The room was huge with enough space. Though they need to renovate some toilets. 40,000 TSH you can enjoy the view of Dar es salaam. AC is working fine

The room was nice, but the A/C wasn’t working well. Room service is really good, but the breakfast thats included isn’t very satisfying. For the price, I would stay somewhere else.

First of all, I want to stress that all hotel staff (reception and restaurant) was friendly and very helpful!. The best reason to stay there: You can be at Ubungo bus stand at 6 in the morning for your trip.

Customer care is very good,,charming people and excellent work. They are perfect for general service and maintenance

The room was fairly clean. The ac worked well. The breakfast starts a 5am but really is a sham. Overall way to expensive for what they offer. The really good thing is that it is walking distance to the Ubungo bus terminal.

i have been here a couple of times and i normally recommend it to my friends who visit Dar es salaam, its affordable and located in a good spot, near to town, mawasiliano bus stand, mlimani city, and sinza. its easy to get a ride to anywhere and the place is well maintained

Good quality service. Reasonable price. Very close to Ubungo bus terminal for easy transport. I'd rate it a 5 star but there's no room service for breakfasts. Apart from that, everything else looks amazing 😉

A good hotel and very affordable. Very nice hotel room and wide city view from seventh floor can only cost you 20$ (40,000Tsh) so whenever you find yourself in need of a nice and cool place to crash, just welcome yourself there, they will take care of the rest. You have to have money ofcourse 😜. Rooms are rated at 20$ to 60$ that's 40,000Tsh to 120,000Tsh. Knock yourself in🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️
