It's a decent hotel with big comfortable rooms with balcony. It's just next to the harbour.

The location was great, with a nice view of the harbour. Rooms were decent, but it's like a maze in there trying to find your room. Staff were pretty average with some very nice and others caring little about your experience and needs

Love it and enjoyed my stay. Very big room with good internet - food 😍 (interesting buffet) - AC - very close to the ferry port etc The view from everywhere in the hotel is just wonderful. Plus, there many shops and restaurants in the buildings (Ground floor). Strongly recommend if you looking for a hotel in Dar es Salem centre.

Great location for business meetings in Dar and nice views of the harbour. The Indian food at the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, although there is a wide range of different room layouts. Try to get a room on the upper floors since they are the most recently renovated ones.

Clean and good rooms. Views not worth a mention. Almost no breakfast if you want anything healthy or vegetarian or fresh.

Close to town, close to the port, close to shops in town, and lots of nearby food choices as well in walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was also amazing. Thank you for the great stay with you all!

The AC stops every now and then. And when you complain someone comes and rectify it and it again stops after a while. Also the room service for food is really bad. You order something and after 40 mins when it does not reaches the room, you yourself follow up and the restaurent PPL say it's not there . Instead of them saying. Or telling on their own so that a person can order something else. They make the person wait and very very bad service and hospitality.

Harbourview has always been home awau from home for me anytime iam in Dar Es salaam .The reception team is Friendly .the rooms are always up to standard the food and the restaurant team always amazing

Staff very friendly, location good, buffet breakfast is all you need, continental or eggs, bacon, toast etc, evening meal was good but service a bit slow, good value for money.

It is situated at the city center. There are Bar and restaurant 🍴 , swimming 🏊 pool and gym. You can also see the sea 🌊 view Harbour

Family room, very large and well organised. Security is well guaranteed. My family had a very enjoyable experience

Overall it's ok, but no more than this. Room is big, but shower is a disaster (too hot or little water). Breakfast is also just sufficient, with all the needs with not big variety. Logistic is elaborated, with up and down using different elevators.

Good central location, clean, resonable price for foreign travelers, especally since impacted by covid. Casino facility attached on ground floor. Not many stores in the facility but local stores within walking distance. Friendly staff, basic workout room.

Booked a room with a great view of the harbour. Hotel staff are pleasant and friendly, and are willing to do everything to make your stay comfortable. Food at the restaurant on the 9th floor is not great. You may want to try the restaurant on the ground floor, on the way to the Casino. Their food is excellent!

I stayed in a room on the top floor with great view. Was clean and everything in order. However, overall it's an out dated hotel as dinnerware are broken and old. It is in the middle of a crowded and hustling town. It's ok, but I wouldn't recommend it for foreigners.

I always use this Hotel when I visit Dar es Salaam. But Wi-Fi condition is weak.

Very nice 3/4 star hotel, nice view of the sea from the breakfast restaurant. Amazing restaurant on the ground floor, has a casino in the lower ground flour, rooms are quite big.

My experience is ongoing and it's good. Personnel is fantastic! The view from the restaurant is wonderful.you see the port and the ferries that go to Zanzibar. On the same 9th floor you have a swimming pool! On the ground floor, many shops and a restaurant and an casino.

The hotel is situated within the port and town which is so very convenient. One gets to watch street life and walk to a variety of cafes and Restaurants that serve a fusion of African, Indian and Arabic cuisine at your door step not to forget the increasing international fare which makes it an ideal location. My room was on one of the top floors, very spacious with a modern en suite , views from the large glass windows were so nostalgic to watch every day life in this historical city. The staff from the driver who picked us at the Airport to the lovely welcome at Reception , porters, cleaners were Impeccable, charming and friendly. The in- house restaurant serves a great breakfast, meals and snacks throughout the day and evening with a good variety of choices that accommodates every palate. Waiting staff are always smiling, polite and no request is too much. The hotel is managed with a keen eye on service, etiquette and decorum which allows the guests to feel they are cared for right from the start. Superb visit and my thanks to all the staff and management for making my stay a memorable one. Thank you
