Good location to move anywhere in Dar e Salaam. Room size is okay. Room is furnished having AC also. I'm $50 per day. Hotel staff are good and polite but thier english is poor. Dinner $7 to $10 per person. I'm satisfied with Hotel environment.

$40 non-resident rate vs. $30 resident rate for a single room. Pretty typical (poorly maintained, questionable value and cleanliness) room in this price range in Dar es Salaam. Buildings are packed tightly together in Kariakoo, so expect most rooms to have a two meter view into the next building. Located near the border between Kariakoo and Kisutu.

Location is in a busy place of city. Rooms are decent, though small and congested. Free wifi available, which is very important when travelling for business. Some maintenance overall of the facilities can be improved, though!

My Husband (Local) called the Reception bevor arrival. We got a double room for 85000 TZS In the first floor on the Street site. Very Noisy and building processes around. The room is simple and we got 1 Towle for 2 pax which was already in the bathroom. 1 piece of Soap. At booking.com the description says it different. Also Shampoo, but wasn't there. For 1 night ok. I also don't know how other rooms look like.

A fairly nice hotel at decent price point at a location close to the city center. I was pleasantly surprised.

It's on town at kariakoo I went on official visit stayed with my husband we were satisfied with the service and it wasn't as loud as we hoped, loved the staff very friendly hope will meet again.

Might rate this as an average, washroom was not clean water leakage, tap not working properly

I always assumed hotels located in kariakoo would not be deemed as good standards, but Sleep Inn Hotel changed my perception. This is a nice comfy low priced hotel. The manager is also kind and friendly. The working staff are also customer oriented. The area located is also very lively even during at night, nearby restaurants and convenience stores located.

For a low cost, functional place to stay in the hub of Dar this is just right. No frills but the beds are comfortable, the water is there, and hot, the free WiFi works and is acceptably fast. The restaurant is slow but the food good and very acceptably priced.

The room was quite small. But clean. Need some good maintenance on the mouldy walls.

Please don't trust in this hotel This is literally fraud guys and staff behavior is a very Bad also manager HAMID is a very Bad guy please don't book this hotel . Fraud frud fraud We booked. We had booked their suit room through booking .com. When we reached the hotel they started giving us a small room. This is a fraud. Staff are really bad. Mr. Hamid is really bad guy bad guy please please I request you any tourist don't book this hotel
