Room was okay. Toilet nd bathroom was a bit smelly nd dirty. The staff keeps the key with them incase you go out and they even enter the room so dont leave anything valuable. Parking is a big issue. The receptionist is so unprofessional grumpy and looked like shes drunk. Looks like villagers work there.

Beautiful and spacious rooms but the staff hardly understands english. We had no hot water in the shower and we couldn’t turn off the AC in the room, had to unplug it. Internet worked fine (~30Mbps)

People are very kind and helpful. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is nice and if leaving early they pack breakfast for you. WIFI is reliable, everything in the hotel was working, the AC, etc...I would recommend!

Coming from Tanga I tried finding one of the best rated hotels in the area and found this one. Clearly these people have had a way to tamper with the system or the service and amenities must have clearly been going downhill in the last few months. Otherwise, I can't understand how they managed to get a rating of 4+ stars. I was given a room with a dead shower, a door not closing and a barely even working AC. Upon complaining to the reception, they sent someone up to check and he told me "we will give you another room tomorrow" I told him I was just staying for one night and he said "sorry this was the last room available" meaning I was stuck with this one for the night. Still can't fathom why they would hand out the keys to a room they know for sure is not up to standards. The menu at the restaurant is clearly just for show, I picked 3 different things to then be told 10mn later that they weren't available. Had to finally pick whatever the waitress told me I could get and this fried rice I was served was definitely one if the worst ones I was ever served. The neighborhood looks shady AF. I'm just giving it 2 stars, instead of the one they deserve, because if the staff member who cared enough to speak Swahili to the cab driver for me and carry my bag. RUN!

Rooms are very neat and clean , but the problem is with the salty water in the bathroom and also the buffet breakfast which was of low quality and of less variety than which was provided before as I stayed there .

Splendid experience! This hotel Is over all my expectation! Spacious, fresh and super clean double room. On the roof there Is a wonderful Jacuzzi and a swimming pool. Very close to the Primavera Sound (35min walking distanze) and also not far from the city center. We did not have breakfast included but we had 3h in the SPA for free (500mt walking). Fast early check-in. Excellent!
