Nice hotel although a little tired. The rooms are a good size but could do with a refresh/decorate. The gym was closed for refurbishment (closed permanently?) manager arranged for us to use the gym at White Sands. So ask!! This sums up the service at the hotel which was superb. All staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. No alcohol is served here. This should be clearly marked on the hotel description on its own and comparison websites Whilst fairly remote there are plenty of bars and restaurant just a short, cheap Uber away

Please review the system of a guest paying $25 when visiting I would suggest the guest pay if he/she sleepover not a normal visit

It is a beautiful piece of architecture. Good service delivery. However, it doesn't have a view of the ocean but it is still a lovely place to lodge.

Rooms are livel,i got an upgrade to sea view without being charged extra.the General manager is excellent he listens and solves your issued instantly. Prices are also reasonable good.i recommended

We asked for Wifi password and it took like forever to be delivered to us. The rooms need thorough renovation, the towels are so old, the hotel really needs renovations

The staff members are very kind and helpful. The food is great. The rooms are decent. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. This hotel surely deserves a 5-star rating.

Real hidden gem, when arrived was chaos with 120 people checking in. Half jour later almost all in rooms. Amazing job. Then restaurant, had breakfast lunch and dinner- no complaints whatsoever. Clean like 5star, service top notch and fast, no lazy people there. U can imagine 100 people having meals. Strongly recommend, pool clean and calling for swimming and relax. Maybe that glass in elevator need to be new so view would be million dollars when u go ip/down. Asante sana! Will return when in Dar 🙏🙏

Love this place cause it has few people, water is warm and not salty. Extremely affordable we paid 7000 per adult. Which you don’t get at that price in this area.

Seascape is such a beautiful hotel that I almost extended my stay just to enjoy the place. I have also promised to go back and this time for more relaxed holiday. The Customer Service team working during the day was very friendly and helpful. 5 star 🌟 service for them. The night team not as friendly but good as well.

Really great staff and an overall amazing experience in Tanzania. Not the best wifi connection but definitely able to contact loved ones and do some work if need be. Be sure to get a sea facing room on the highest possible floor for the best views!

Rooms are fairly large and comfortable. Food is decent while being extremely pricy. Customer service is a hit and miss with some of the staff being amazingly helpful. Conference room availability is also neat. Overall, amazing for the price

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, a few meters from the ocean. The food is great and staff were quite friendly and professional. The rooms are decent enough and they have a pool you can relax in. One of important thing you should know is that they actually don't serve any alcoholic drinks here, but there are many bars and clubs nearby.

I can't come to this hotel again due to the bad behavior he showed to the female reception staff. Must be training well how to care guest

this is one of my regular spots. eat with a sea view. the food is good and the staff are attentive. this place has special significance for me. an important event took place here. but now that is all behind me and i have moved on , i can still enjoy the place without bad memories. so it must be ok right ?

Very bad WiFi ( less than 1mb speed) Food is disgusting ( Product not fresh and food taste bland and no variety) its so bad I have to drink a soda drink to get the bad taste out my mouth. Staff are poorly trained and not experienced in the hospitality industry Rooms are poorly maintained (Faulty plugs, leaking taps and air conditioner very noisy) Poor management You get what you pay for and they went very cheap. Under proper leadership this hotel could thrive.
