Kunduchi Wet N Wild is where the inner child in me gets to play! I've been here a few times and have never felt disappointed. The water slides are super fun, and the music is awesome. There is also one area just for kids, which is nice. All entry tickets also come with food - ranging from TZS 35,000 to TZS 50,000. The higher fares give you other add-ons like pop corn, ice creams, and free floaters/sliding mats. There is also a locker facility to keep valuables. It has ample parking space, too. Unlike most water theme parks I've been to, you need to rent out floaters or sliding mats - they are not free. The charges are nominal, and you get some of it back as part of a security deposit. They only accept card payments. If you dont have a card, they provide cash cards for TZS 2500, which you top up. The only small issue I had was with the chlorine content in the water, which makes your eyes teary and blurs vision at the end of the day. But I guess spending an entire day in treated water tends to do that regardless of chemical content. The food quality has also improved from previous visits, but could be better. A couple of us also got hurt on the water slides where you need to use the floating tubes - but the staff had warned us to take care while on them. The current single-person tubes are quite small for adults which might be causing people to flip over. It would be better if they bring back the bigger tubes they used to have in the past. Overall, this has been a sureshot happy place for me in Dar.

A bit expensive compared to similar places offering the same services. Poor communication skills from various staff members, for the money you pay you only get to be at the place untill 18:00. They dont offer cash payments for any of the food or drinks inside theor premises.

Excellent slides and park but it took us an hour just to get in from initial greeting to getting on the slides. It's really long winded and you keep getting surprised at every stage. At first we realised that they don't take cash so we had to pay for a prepaid card to pay for the tickets and when you cash out at the end you'll pay again. The lady at the desk was not the best at her job and you don't feel welcomed especially if you're new to their processes, like we were. They charge you for the lockers and the float to go on the slides too and also charge a deposit for it. This also comes as a surprise and may take you ages to sort as you'll have to go back and forth trying to locate the person who takes the payment and then back to find the locker person. 2 of the slides need floats and they'll charge you extra for. They never gave us back this deposit for the locker and float on the prepaid card so careful when the lady says she has charged it back ensure she's done it. The locker is good but try carrying a really tiny key with you on the slides. Seems like they haven't thought of this. The water park itself is excellent and the staff are really good. Mens Showers are broken and perhaps they need a family changing room for dads that visit with their daughters as it causes problems visiting the mens rooms with young daughters. Prayer area is available which is good. You're not allowed to take your own food/snacks/water ! . Which is fair but they don't tell you this at any point except when you're entering and the ticket person starts going through your bags forcefully. We had special food for the child because of a medical condition and they made it really difficult for us. The funny bit is that they ask you to buy your food as a package at the start when you're trying to go in and give you a discount for this. They remove the discount if you buy the same lunch at the cafe inside. This doesn't make sense considering you're not allowed to bring your own food so you'll end up at the cafe anyways. Seems like it's just there to frustrate people. Perhaps the managers need to recruit people to visit the park from start to finish to ensure a quality check if they want to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction. But as for the slides and park it's an excellent place to visit.

As the name suggests - Wet N Wild. TIP: Cash is not accepted. Only card and mobile payments accepted. Entrance for adults is 18,000 and kids above 3 years is 15,000. You may also opt to buy meal packages offered at about 28,000 per person. A lively place to spend your weekend with loads of fun for kids and adults alike. There's something for everybody. From a variety of water slides to baby pools, it's an amazing place to set yourself free and get wild with waters 💦💦

Loved it. Just loved it. My daughter loved it more. You ll get lots of option for entry fees with combo offers. Combo offers include entry with food, water, icecream etc. Inside, you have to pay to for mats/lockers. Various slides are available. They have a good area for kids as pirate ship. We went on Sunday, then also there were plenty of places to sit. There is a DJ who is playing good music all the time in front of rain dance area. Service was also good. Must go place in Dar es Salaam.

We went today to wet n wild. The park slides are decent and the water was clean. The food was fresh and hot. It was an unfortunate dampening to the experience that they had a DJ that was so loud that it ruined the whole experience. The waiter could not hear our orders and we couldn't hear each other speak. It was so loud that I'm sure it could be heard for Kms. There was no need for the volume to be so loud. Management was informed and unfortunately they were not receptive. It was an unfortunate ending to what could have been a great end to the week. This is a family outing and not a night club.

I went with my wife, we had a great time swimming. They have a few shallow pools (3 feet) and a deep pool (6 feet). No lockers to keep your items not a problem if you take an extra person that won't swim.

I must say I didn't mind the place, it is revamped from my childhood days and looks pretty. What ticked me off the most was the paved walkways between the attractions, they flipping burned in the hot summer day not to mention how rough they already were to your feet. However designed this should go to h**l. this place is supposed to be for kids! Luckily the kids had fun. My advice is to try eat before coming in and keep your purchases at a minimum, the food inside is overly priced as expected and not a lot of choices. Oh and the lifeguards are overly overworked. The rainbow 5 story slides and the other animal ones had only 2 lifeguards 🤯 who had to constantly go up and down the stories to help people slide. My second advice, if you have small children make sure you have enough adult minders. The place is confusing and not alot is put on safety. 3rd, no matter what the website says, the admission is based on a child's height and not age. So goodluck if you have a tall lanky child.

The water park needs upgrading for the prices that they are charging. It used to be a very lively place but as of recent the quality is going down. Some of the slides are closed, safety signboards needs upgrading/visibility. Age restrictions for some activities should also be reviewed.

Terrible place to visit especially with the family. Very poor service especially food , ice cream , floaters and popcorn areas. Very rude Waiters and waitresses who view you like a bother when you ask for anything.. Go there at your own risk.

These people are thieves, with only 2 hours left I came with a family of over 15. There was a 15% discount going on which they refused to do and wanted to give a 5% discount with only 1h and 30 mins left until closing time. Not only is it expensive but the customer service is horrible from the staff and managers. Also increasing the price every time. Even if your watching the kids you also still have to pay the full amount which is horrible.

What they proud themselves is the water park theme... but even that they fail to do it decently. Poor customer service from the entrance to the servers inside. Bad problem solving skills. The food is awful... (yesterday fries with over coated chicken).. YET VERY EXPENSIVE. I personally was extremely disappointed.

I can't give any of the rate due to that today the management in food was poorly arranged imagine waiting for food for three to four hours this is not fair at all although in other sectors this were excellent but in food you have discouraged us alot if u can't control the giving of food allow people to enter with their food stuff I really hurted to so what has happened today this must the manager see it also need to keep gud food people are paying alot

I would like to say my husband and I really enjoyed our time here. I just wish that the water was more cooler. The area where they have slides I think it should be a little deeper. My husband really loves where they have the water sprinklers he was able to play football with a couple of locals. It was fun and would love to visit again. They do not cater to vegans or vegetarians they only have cheese pizza or chips. They do not have lemonade just soda which is horrible for you. But great place to visit. Thank you, Erika Jaja

Kunduchi wet and wild water park is a must visit for every adventure lover that visits Dar. After the renovation, thr place looks so much cleaner and better. Most of the slides are still the same, just repainted, however those going with little children will notice the new pirate ship in the baby pool area and the kid zone games for children who are done swimming but waiting for the older ones to have enough. Their new restaurants are pretty cool too. We all enjoyed their pizza and masala chips. Their buggers are pretty decent too. You must note, all payments inside the facility are by card only. So for any reason if you don't have your card, you'll be required to purchase one for 2,500 tzs and load it to make purchases inside. Also note, you have to rent out all the floaters and mats you'll require, pay for lockers and all food and drinks, so the card really does come in handy. I was quite happy thay their changing rooms were well organised and clean. And the dj made sure to play a mix of songs from different languages to cater all the different nationalities and cultures there. Another thing to note is, monkeys and criws are in plenty. So make sure you're stuff are kept in lockers or always being watched. And be careful of the crows when the food arrives

The place has been built beautifully... although Didn't have a very pleasant experience, Mainly due to the staff and service. Just made me lose my calm. The washrooms didn't have running water either. The food quality wasn't as good either, and yet a good amount is charged. The constant loud music was a headache too. Yet very much appreciate the thought of constructing a prayer room. The owner has done a marvellous job making this place, just hope its mantained and run well.

The slides were intact the way it used to be even 9 years ago when I first visited. But things have changed. Before they used to employ 1 guider per slides to insure safety of users but this time no slides had any guider apart from the one who stands at the pool to stop people from standing as users might come thru slides. But one more thing there was no social distancing at all. In such crisis I think they should keep social distancing protocol for the benefit of their customers. Too much crowd. Over all it was okay using the slides.

It's a fun place, amazing. The slides are fun, the pools are nice. The music is so good, all new and old songs. However, I don't like how everything is paid for by cards, no cash at all. The system of getting food and drinks inside the park was so bureaucratic for me, coupons, receipts and what not. It's hella tedious. It was the only thing i did not like. It is probably my reason for not giving it 5 stars.

Great day out for the family. The Pirate Bay was perfect for our 2 year old to play in while the bigger slides were a thrill for the adults. Plenty of seats and shade to enjoy the full day. Slides were well maintained and we saw testing of the water in two separate occasions. Be aware of locker and float hire so a package may be useful. Would revisit again soon

Very good water park, various slides. The food is quite good and the changing rooms are kept clean. The only slight concern I have is hitting your head on the slides, especially if you're tall. Overall, I would rate the water park a very good one, with tons of variety and activities.

The ambience is good. And kids do enjoy. It was a fun filled time for all our kids. BUT then consider yourselves locked in. We just entered and saw this happening to 2 kids and their morher. Apparently it was about them forgetting their bag in the car. And kids being kids couldnt wait for the askaris to open gate which as we saw also was taking some time and one kid jumped the gate to go get it. We saw the kids return and they refused to allow him to enter saying we are calling the POLICE as he committed a crime. These words are startling. May be a warning informing kid this isn't allowed. He did have a band, so it proved he had paid and entered. So a simple check on the receipt for the time they entered would have proved that they had just entered which the child was claiming so it would mak sense that they rrally could have forgotten the bag. We moved on then. But from whatever we saw and understood the word POLICE was not an encouraging word for customers. We were onlookers and the whole situation looked very unpleasant and discouraging for us imagine other customers opinion. Point 1. They don't allow to go out Point 2. If they do allow then their guy who has keys wasnt available for almost 25 mins, so our concern as to in an emergency what do we do. If the guy with the keys isn't available. Point 3. If words like Police and offence is used. Then why wasnt it written in huge letters before entering their final gate that " DO NOT FORGET ANYTHING OF PERSONAL USE BEFORE YOU ENTER. AS YOU WOULDN'T BE ALLOWED GO OUT TO GET, IF YOU DO THEN YOU PAY AGAIN . This way all customers are aware and then it's on the customer to whether enter at own risk.

I would like to share my experience with the director. The manager and supervisor think it's ok for the place to be filthy dirty, customers to get stuck on slides, and injuries sustained. Both myself and my wife were stuck on separate slides. I have injuries that they do not care about. I have videos of the state of the place, how we were stuck and how manager and supervisor spoke to us. All will be going online if I have no contact within 48hous. Dear management, I suppose the pictures I have uploaded do not show the filth in your pools? In reply to your false statements, I have video evidence of my whole trip. You will be hearing from my solicitor. Many thanks for making this easier.

They do not have a separate charge for adults and children, swimmers and non-swimmers. They charge an entry fee which is fair but they also charge for locker room services separately from entry fee which is absurd! The customer service was also quite bad.Not to mention the extra fees from any other services. overall the experience was a disappointment.
