Very colourful interior, this stands out from most places 😄 Lots of board game options, great for groups/families The food is consistently delicious, comes in large portions, doesnt take too long. Football matches are projected quite often so if you dont mind the background noise of cheering then its the perfect spot. **Highly recommend: honey glazed lemon chicken, mutton khadai, frozen lemonade and mandarin swirl. The naan is some of the best you can find in Dar.

First thing, even the food or service was not good at this place, I would have rated it 5 stars. Because, we went on Sunday and it was Ind vs Pak match. Anyways, I loved the food and service. The atmosphere was electric. Beautiful interiors with lots of games for kids. Must visit place. Update- On our 2nd visit, we had Chicken Wongton, Creamy mushroom pizza, Burnt garlic fried rice, Orea shake and Lime ice tea. All were extremely delicious and portion wise too much. 😀😀

The concept of this restaurant is really great. Its a good place to meet friends for drinks and to play some board games. Its not intended to be a family restaurant. I went with my #Netball Team because we had just won the gold medal 🥇in our league!!! I THINK THEY WANT YOU TO BE TOO DRUNK TO NOTICE THE FOOD QUALITY The food is mediocre but has a very high price tag. Do not come expecting great cuisine there is something from just about every region in the world. Which means they specialize in nothing. The menu is huge but the intention is for it to be a drinking place. The board games were even themed for drinking games so again do not expect for it to cater to kids. The decor seems out of place and clashing for example some of the lights had flower vines draped on them and the loud colored walls were done in an elementary style verses a sophisticated game room style. It was hard to find a place in the restaurant that was instagram picture worthy. The only dish we ate that was really good were the chicken tenders. The prawn biriyani was very flavorful but I wouldn’t say it was worth the price when we live Biriyani land. I’ve have better biriyani for a 1/4 of this price. Don’t come expecting great food but they have great service and you will enjoy your drinks. I would suggest that they shrink their menu and focus on executing a few dish that are mind blowing.

Veggie tomato gravy 20k - very aromatic and delicious. If vegetarian this is a good option Masala chai - really mehh. Just tastes like a tea bag put in water Butter and garlic naan - I prefer the garlic naan, but both are good Recommend the place especially on sporting events, its very lively and vibrant. The food takes less than 10mins to be served

The food and attention to detail here is the best you will find in Dar es Salaam. The staff are lovely and attentive to your needs. Food is always served together, which is more important than most realise. They have such a variety from Indian, European to Chinese. And let me say they have talented chefs because they nail each one. Food here is awesome! Nice portions and beautiful flavour. The chefs here are very spectacular. Remember the Indians don't come with rice! So add it on, but the portions and flavours come very close to a beautiful Indian in India! Best indian food I've had in Dar es salaam. Air conditioning is a bonus and lovely atmosphere. Try the lemon ice tea!

This restaurant serves an exquisite serving of Asian dishes with other spicy varieties. The location is serene and ideal. The waiters and waitresses have a profound knowledge of menu and go above and beyond to meet your comforts. It also offers a set of board games to party with friends and relatives. I'd fully give a 10/10 from my side!

The place is cozy though not quiet. The striking colorful and playful interior would be the first you notice from outside. There's a good selection of fun board games that can be played while waiting for your order to arrive. Food is good.. I, personally enjoy their sizzling chilli beef and sometimes sweet and spicy crispy chicken

Nice Atmosphere. Board games to play like UNO, JENGA, CHESS. The food was yuk! Moorish Chicken was weird paired with Tzaziki sauce and no sides? Just go play games and drink.

I have been there a couple of times, mainly ordering their cocktails. The cocktails are pretty good, and they don't skimp on the amount of liquor used. I have also tried mutton biryani and steak on other occasions. The biryani was disappointing, with the rice being mushy and over-seasoned. The steak was not good either; it was dry, and the mashed potatoes felt bland. However, they have a big screen, making it a good place to enjoy watching sports while sipping cocktails. By the way, they have outdoor seating with benches that you can rock like a swing. It's a fun experience.

Went to watch a few football games here. The food was good, their menu is diversified, mojitos we’re on point, good service, they also have some board/card games which is a bonus point. However, I believe they need to have a look on the prices. Would definitely recommend!

Hoppipola is a good restaurant, the food here is good but the price is a bit high for the quality. Most of the time the tables are full and there is outdoor seating. Comparatively, the space of this restaurant is small and there is a lot of parking space here. Being located on the main road you can come here very easily. Many types of food and drinks are available here. Once you come here you all take your own experience. Overall a good restaurant.

Very good food and ambience. But they really need to work hard on frappe and other drinks. The amount of coffee in frappe was way beyond anybody’s tolerance level (I have a good tolerance as I take black coffee daily) so they really need to train their staff on this.

Hoppipola is quite the happening place to watch sports, particularly cricket. We were a couple of friends who went there to just chill and there was an Indian Premier League cricket match going on, which made the place quite loud and happening. We ordered 2 jugs of Mojito and some nachos. The mojito could have been a little stronger - felt like drinking unsweetened lemon juice with mint. The place also has a couple of board/card games such as Jenga, Uno and Monopoly Deals. Overall, we had a fun weekend afternoon here. It is quite pricey, but it ought to be expected given that it's Masaki Peninsula.

Without doubt their meat curry tastes excellent but the bowl is filled with lots of sauce but they give very small and few pieces of meat comparing to the price they charge, its quite mean to do that

The food was excellent but the service was very slow, we had to keep repeating the order. The atmosphere is bright and modern, a good place for having a few drinks and a meal. It is also family friendly.

This place is a make shift bar with a very good food selection and sports on 4 separate screens, the place is cooled with AC, so if you're staying a while maybe take a light sweater, price points are from 5k for drinks to 10-20k for starters and meals including indian and Chinese cuisine with options to get some international cuisine like burgers and pizzas. I went with the misses and baby, it was doable, but it's definitely not a family outing place more for the guys night out if you ask me, overall great service and food.

Perfect place to hangout. I have been there multiple times. The Indian food is excellent. Good quality good quantity and a "little" expensive compare to other restaurants in town but worth it. Service is excellent. And will give an extra point for some games like Jenga and some card games. The only suggestion I would like to give them is to keep the volume little low when they have live music. We are sitting in a closed room and way to high volume is bit irritating. Otherwise, go visit the place and try it out yourself.

Eaten here 3 times, haven't been disappointed even once, and that's saying something. The food taste is consistent, good quality and worth every dime. Had Prawns Siu Mai and Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Prawns. In love with Prawns here and they get it right!
