Oily-crusted pizza. Flavorless toppings. Slowish service. Somewhat clean location. Ok prices but you're getting bland junk food overall. If I'm eating empty calories, I expect my pizza, wings and fries to at least be delicious! Not the case here...quite underwhelming and disappointing overall.

Great ambience, service and quality pizza. However 1. Music too loud 2. Water sink for cleaning hands not working 3. No plates served. People hve to use tissues However staff are customer oriented

Well cooked pizza, a proper priced international pizzeria franchise holding it's standards with a price range for everyone. Parking is available, food served fresh, opens till late. Good ambient and menu options

Loved the service, pricing, and food quality. I also love that like any local restaurant there is a hand wash sink.. if you are a lover of vouchers and coupons, you will be happy to know they provide a voucher of TSh 5000 for all orders above TSh 16,500 paid by MPESA.. my 15mins wait for the food was worth it.

Plenty of seats both indoors and outdoors. Quite an awkward location, though. The mall it's located in is failing, leaving it the only few active businesses here. Food quality, as always, is the same as other locations. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Service on counters need to improve. Its always warm there and that has been the case since its inception. Need to improve quality of air conditioning

It's the first Pizza Hut which has opened in Tanzania. The paneer vegorama pizza with cheesy bites that we ordered was good. And so were the starters. But none of us liked the margarita pizza. Place is good but can be better.

I made my order at the front desk and the lady over there was very kind to me and double checked each item. My orders came a little bit late, the food was good especially the fries, although the pizza wasn't that warm. I was satisfied with their customer service and the food too

This has got to be the stingiest large Super Supreme I've ever had. With all the empty space, what exactly am I paying more for?

Everything is good except the service. There was some difficulty to communicate and they forgot to hand me the 2 fries. Make sure to double check your order before leaving.
