It is a very nice place. There are nice rooms and apartments. Within the apartment there are two bed rooms, furnished sitting room with a television and a furnished kitchen. All the rooms and sitting room have AC, which is very good given that Dar is very hot. The only challenge I faced is electricity. Because of the electrical appliances present it is very trick on how balance the given units of electricity per day.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Avoid This Place! I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this establishment, and I must say that my time here was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the standard of service was well below what one would expect. Communication was a major issue during my stay, as none of the staff members seemed to understand or speak either English or French. This language barrier made even the simplest requests a frustrating ordeal. Furthermore, several fellow occupants shared distressing accounts of missing personal items such as laptops, cellphones, and even children's toys. What shocked me the most was the complete lack of security measures in place. Upon my arrival, a neighboring guest warned me about the rampant thefts within the premises. I was advised to replace the lock on my door at my own expense, as it seemed that leaving the room unattended was an invitation for items to be stolen. Astonishingly, there are no surveillance cameras in the corridors to monitor or deter potential thieves. Interestingly, long-term residents initially assured me that security concerns were not an issue. However, since the management changed, the situation has taken a nosedive. It is disheartening to witness the deterioration in the quality of service and security measures. In light of these alarming circumstances, I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to reconsider. The lack of effective communication, reports of missing belongings, and the absence of proper security measures make this establishment an unsafe and unsatisfactory choice. Save yourself the trouble and potential loss, and look elsewhere for a more secure and accommodating place to stay.

The worst services, the rooms are unsanitary, the toilets are even worse. No mosquitos nets and there are alot of mosquitos by the way. And the lady who was attending us was very rude. Please work on this.

Nice hotel, Must visit place

I stayed at one of their 50k apartments. Its was below human standards. The worst of place I have ever stayed at in my life. There was still trash in the kitchen from the previous guest. No towel, sheets were dirty. The receptionist was rude. The furniture was broken, the AC broken. The only thing working was the water. The whole apartment seems to have not been cleaned for months. It was a nightmare and I couldn’t believe it. Because I my friend already paid I had no choice but to stay. Never again.

Well, it's an apartment. And local ways and customs taken into consideration it's not very good. What gives them 2 stars instead of just 1 in my book, is the well working a/c in every room. But it's old, dirty and worn out. I wouldn't have the stomach to cook in the kitchen there, not even put as much as a cup into the cupboards there. The beds are so squeaky that turning on the other side at night results in the awakening of the entire apartment.

People can rent the place for weddings, for birthdays, there is enough parking, also for people who like sports like football and swimming Lamada is the best place for you to go there and experience how good it is to play at night and swim at night.

Located almost at the center of the city. Close to the main road, other businesses nearby. Secure location, quiet and friendly environment. Swimming pool and football field is also available.

The external part is good and taken good care of. The apartments need to be improved slightly! There are basic things which need maintenance like bathroom taps, hot water taps, plus provide utensils, a bit of fumigation from time to time to eliminate all the insects other wise their staff members are very nice & friendly

Payment system i wonder what is it keeping from working or is behind all of that delays.

All I have to say is that nothing works in this hotel for example toilet don't work ,heaters don't work really it's a dump you book to stay in box than this thank you lamada for this awful visit 🤮👎🙄🤕🥶😤😞😓🤬😈😡😡😡💩💩💩👹👻😾💔💔💔💯percent awful
