Havoc is a very nice night club in Dar es salaam. Entry here is through entry fee. Weekends and special days are very crowded here. The entry of local common people is a little less, a little upper class people come here more. Safety and security are very good here, you can come here and enjoy yourself without any hindrance. This is the best night club in Tanzania! I visited Havoc on a Saturday during my visit to Dar Es Salaam in December 2018. I googled “best night clubs in Dar es Salaam,” and Havoc showed up as third rated place behind High Spirit Lounge. So I decided to first try out High Spirit which was of higher rating and closer to my hotel (Hyatt Regency). But the vibe at High Spirit was dead for a Saturday night. Not discouraged, I got a taxi to Havoc, which was 25 mins away. The moment I entered, I knew this was the place. The outdoor patio/rooftop bar, the music, the prompt bartenders, big dance floor, and of course the drink selection were top-notch. I partied from 11pm to 4am, dancing nonstop (unbelievable)! As someone from New York City, I wanted an experience similar to what I have in NYC, and Havoc certainly fitted that description.

Havoc offers the best night club experience in Dar ed Salaam. The only club with an ample dance-floor to dance your night off to the best mix of music. There are several spots with different vibes inside the club. outdoor sections with wide rooftop views of Dar es salaam city and the Indian Ocean.

Still not there for me. The concept was cool rooftop, smokers vs non smokers, vip vs us regular folk. But still I was bored. All the way down to the subterranean parking and the scary old man directing traffic in the bowels of doom... Havoc just wasn't worth it for me.

AC is always on very slow air flow on the dance floor (and it's really hot around there...ppl were sweating badly) around 02:30 - 03:00am....... Asking about reducing the temperature, security person's response that it's time to close (@03:00 am.... seriously....!! Officially they are closing @05:00am) Service, they really don't care much. Asking about the manager / responsible person to report the issue, No one was present around. Actually they really don't care much about the customer service.... What they care about is only selling Alcohol... That's it....!! It was supposed to be one of the best dance club in town....but this AC problem is always there. #2. Beware: You can find some unwanted visitors, in the form of pick pocketer also. Please be careful, when visit there. Sorry for the review, but that's true. Lots of improvement is required. The entry fee for this place is 10,000 TSH and shisha and drinks are good. have been here for a few times during weekends from evening to late night but honestly, the dj has no good music sense. Some days the music would be good for 1 hour and then its bad again. there is a dance floor in front but music or vibes are not on point, so you don't feel motivated to dance or stay long. Haven't tried the food but drinks are good. has clean bathroom, that's the best thing. Staff are ok but behavior could improve.

Fun place to go! Don't let the small building up front mislead you to think this is a tiny hole in the wall place. It opens up to a large garden area in the back and also has a huge room behind the garden that is great for watching futbol games! We went on a Saturday night and the DJ was great. Drinks were nice and cold and we really enjoyed our food.

When we talked to the manager, he said that there was a board at the entrance, walked to go see it and there wasn’t anything there. Sad to see the manager is a liar. I think it would have been fun if it wasn’t for the Chinese music. I would recommend you check out the music before paying to get in.
