It's a good place to hang out especially for kids.. with a gaming arena, also there is a bank ABSA, a big supermarket, boutique shops, computer shops, perfume etc. There is now a kids play area that's revamped and kids would definitely have a good time so highly recommend it to take your kids which is on the 3rd floor

This Mall needs alot of maintenance because its in the city centre and its crowded with people. I went on friday 3rd floor and the Ac were either not working or they were switched off! It was crowded with people and it was humid and hot. Unbeliveable and shame that such malls do not care abt the people who visit! There are no chairs on the ground floor so if you have an elderly person who got tired to walk theres no seating place The cafe closes at 11 sharp and so you wont be allowed to sit! Our cab was late i requested for a chair and i did not get it! The kids play area is small and gets full. There should be time slots and the to have a system to have limited kids for that time slot. But here you pay entrance and play as much as you like.so its always full. But the female guards are doin a good job to not let kids out. You find so many food stalls here. And cinema on the top floor. Ground floor is mostly shops and phone accesories.

Only shopping mall to survive in recent years. Closure of Quality centre, Aura Mall and Mikuki House malls should sound warning signals to this mall. But unfortunately the owners of this mall seems to be not serious. The security people are very arrogant and can block your vehicles for no reasons! 2 of my friends had faced this and tonight I got the taste of same treatment by security people. 14 of us had visited this mall to watch a movie then had dinner in one of the restaurants and finally visited Maisha supermarket for purchasing some essential things. After spending almost a million shillings and almost 5 hours we were blocked from exiting. Reason told by security personnel in the gate "our supervisor has instructed to block your cars"!. Supervisor himself was not around and came after half an hour and told our vehicles were blocked because we spent more time in mall!!. This is totally senseless and If mall wants us not to spend more time then they should close cinema hall and restaurants at least. Requesting mall owners to look in to this and sort this once for all. Thank you.
