Overall service was quite impressive by Renu Kumari Sinha, but at the beginning had bad experiences with other staffs due which I had approached store manager, and since then everything was good and had great experience. I'm giving 3 star due to initial bad experiences.

We visited Tanishq Hajipur 2 days back and had a great time shopping .We were helped and assisted by salesperson Pankaj Kumar in spite of an internal stock taking, which was happening side by side .Not once did any staff show any irritation, though we took your own sweet time in trying out various new and tempting options on display at store Pankaj and his sales lead Sourav along with Sanjeev and Aditya, made my special shopping day most memorable .Pankaj definitely stood out with her dazzling smile and sweet talks, and he was so patient to let me try the designs shortlisted too again till we all arrived at the final decision ?? He offered us tea coffee water and checked if we needed anything more as and when time kept clicking. He had to stay on a bit more than duty hours, but that too he did with her 24-carat smile. My family enjoyed the full shopping experience just because he made it very comfy for us no matter what we asked for was brought to us at the table where we sat all through .We clicked a few pics, which I shall share here too, and u all can join us in sharing your happy times at Tanishq with your shopping clicks and reviews too . Lots of Beautiful and new collections on display to suit varied needs .Beautiful staff who understand your requirements and show u latest collections to suit your needs. They even let you try on all the sets/bracelets/earrings/rings until you are the one that suits you best. What can I say when I don't know how quickly time flies.
