As per the local stander this place is very good , I have been there for a function, good wedding parties, everything is available here as per your requirement. But some where this place is lacking for their professional service I know this is not possible in this area, but even management can try to hire new and professional staffs those who can show the professional courtesy to their customers, which exactly require for this industry. Rest everything is ok.

This residence has ample space. This is mainly a great place for weddings, office meetings or other large functions.

Rooms are good but staff behavior are gentle and polite. THEIR SERVICE ARE QUICK. THEY CAN'T MAKE ANY EXCUSES FOR ANYTHING.

Costly as compared to price, Since I go from long back and having no alternative in nearby that's why keep on going. Specially Dev & Deo are good person and helpful, both of them are driving this property.

Rooms, location not good at all

It was a good time to stay here. Its one of the good and clean hotel in Darbhanga City near benta chauk. Darbhanga station is 20 minutes away from this hote. Take a tempo from station to benta chauk and walk for 500mtrs inside a narrow lane. Car parking is also available in front of the hotel. Fooding was average .

Rooms r big. Food is good. Very simple, clean and good staff.

Nice rooms and standard service. The staff is helpful if you need something. Language might be an issue as the local language is Maithili and people might take some time in understanding even Hindi. Whole Darbhanga is dirty so do not expect any cleanliness on roads. Expect frequent traffic jams. As with all of India, public toilets are a few and far between. Pigs can be seen roaming around in all places of the town, wherever you go. Hotel has its own parking and arrangements for the stay of driver too. Only the approach road is an issue which causes a little problem.

Good people, good hospitality, a very high degree of cleanliness, followed all protocols for prevailing pandemic. Hotel should have its own car/vehicle, a travel desk for booking of tickets, pick up & drop facility. Otherwise, I was looked after as personal guest, which compensated for all shortages.
