Very nice hotel in Darbhanga. The rooms are available in very reasonable price. The Service is also excellent. The food facilities are available and very nice.

Smooth check in experience. (Booked via Goibibo) The location is good. Just above V2 Mall in Mirzapur Chowk area around 1 km from Darbhanga Junction. There is a restaurant at the 1st Floor which is a bit costly considering the quality of food. Ample parking space. Accessible ♿❌ Although there is a lift, but one needs to climb the stairs first.

Worst room service at high price even costlier than Bihar's capital Patna, Room is not good at all, Bathroom smell is unbearable, It's restaurant is not good too, many things are not available at night. Restaurant room service unavailable and Calling facility is also unavailable, you've to go reception area for any information. Check other ones in the town but not visit here.

It was not a good experience, staying there!! People were not friendly and professional, talking like rude in general. Bed size is quite smaller 🤏 And, fun fact is, in dual bedroom instead of increasing the bed size, they have just placed 2 beds in two corner of the room😅!! You will be getting random noise in your room, which is just irritating😖 @ Around ₹750 for single bed @ Around ₹1575 for dual bed

Not maintained the hygiene, uncleaned and totally mismanaged (extension not working, broken hanger at toilet leaving no space to keep towel, cabinet with no hanger to hang the cloths, spits of Pan/gutka can be seen at corners). Overall having a bad experience.

They need to know how to treat women. He asked my husband " Sir, kaun hai ye" and this statement really made me felt bad. You could have asked, "Are you married, sir/maam". Just to let you know, give a good service and respect from now onwards. Don't try to look down to women and dominate. Respect women and improve the way of your talk.

Very bad and poor service by the staff. Rooms are not cleaned. It stinks in washrooms. No water provided in rooms. No proper daily cleaning was done.

This is most pathetic hotel with most mannerless staff and owner who misbehaved with a senior citizen , took booking including breakfast but when reached hotel they had absolutely no staff and denied every thing and simply said cancel booking if u want , and also mis behaved with a senior citizen saying nothing happens with ratings and nothing can harm them , they misbehaved in such a way that my parents had to check out and look for other hotel , i request all do not encourage this hote , i will look for actions that can be taken on this hotel , mot sure if they even have license to operate , it was serious threat to health and security

Worst behaviour of staff , one staff who was there at night was so worst behaviour person ever seen in reception. The breakfast was so delayed we have toh leave the breakfast. More than 1 hour still they don't provide any tea or food to eat in breakfast. 0/10

Hotel is kind of okayish. You can't expect much there because of low footfall at the location. Rooms are not that much good but better than any hotel Inn present at railway station. Tv service is not available in every room so you have to be busy with your phone.

Previous swadist restaurant food was great best in darbhanga but now new opened restaurant food is not good enough. And specially barbeque they started is totally waste. Taste of barbeque was horrible . Its better to eat in restaurant than barbeque.

Totaly non worthy, Single non ac room,no hot water,no drinking water they cost me 1100 rupess. Better to stay nearby rest rooms for less then half of the price.

In actual it's a mall i had gone for shoping, it's a very good and affordable mall, i recommend to everyone to go for shoping once for sure when u visit Darbhanga

Worst hotel. It's better u stay in station retiring room . U will find khatmal and smell of sillan. And staff behavior is like u have came to thier hotel is ur luck . They will treat u like the worst experience I have ever stayed in any other property. Lift is not working.

No room service, they don't even give you Towel, neither toiletries, nor Water even after saying 1000times not even come to ask for dinner and nor any telephone to call them regarding food. Room are dirty , and no wifi nothing such a waste of time and money hotel.

Not price worthy ,only thing hotel provided was AC else dharmshala are more cleaned and maintained lift was not working had to climb stairs for 3 floors.

Had visited to meet some one. Property is located on the upper floors of V2 Mall at Mirzapur, Darbhanga. Room was small but somewhat comfortable with good air conditioning. Room service was ok. 2 wheeler parking is at the basement where you can get the lift to the hotel. For 4 wheeler, I did not see any space. May be the parking area of mall is used for it. Overall good budget hotel for staying overnight in Darbhanga.

Basic hotel but you can have it for 1 day transit. Around 800 per day for non AC rooms and 1600 for AC rooms. V2 store is at ground floor of the hotel building.

It was ok stay... room was good ...but can be better..dustbin corner was looks dirty because of stains of pan and ghutka...bathroom was clean and big enough
