It's a good quality restaurant. Everything is nearly organized and managed. Food is great especially chicken afgani is too good. Staff are well behaved.

Recently opened restaurant in Rajkumarganj, Darbhanga. The ambience is the best in the town. Waiters and managers are friendly. Food is delicious. Service is great. A must visit.

Location, food, service and atmosphere are good not excellent because I found some liver portion in chicken, service was not very professional, surrounding was not very pleasant because personally I didn't like design of the wall and roof was not covered at one place you can see AC wiring but rest of the decorations were very impressive. There is need of improvement in music system too. All are my personal experience everyone has their own specific choice so, I think you can enjoy a lot here. 😊👍

We booked Moonlit banquet for a private party at Paul's Kitchen and all the guests enjoyed it, the food was perfect, not bland, not too spicy, all the spices were in perfect combination enhancing the taste of the food. The ambience of the restaurant is also good, a nice concept for a small town like Darbhanga. The restaurant also has a live bar counter for mocktails. The staff provided service appropriately and was soft spoken. Good for casual hanging by youth and also for family dinners. ✨💫 The restaurant and the banquet being on the first floor and second floor respectively is not wheelchair accessible as there is no lift in the building. 🛗 There is enough parking space in front of the building to park cars. Enjoy your meal there!! I would recommend 9/10

Yesterday I ordered chicken do pyaza and paneer chilli for our guests but chicken was cooked worst as it seemed they didn't fried it well as it was raw. I wasted my 1000 rupee ordering this yesterday night.

I went for the lunch yesterday with my family. All went well. The food, the ambience are all top notch the only thing which I felt bad about this place is the rude behaviour of the staff. After finishing our food we asked 1 of the staff who was was sitting and folding the napkins near to our table, to take the picture of my family. He was so lazy, and was not ready to do and he asked his another colleague to do the same. Again the same person asked the 1st person do the same. I mean, what is this ? Am I doing any kind of favour or is he doing any kind of favour to me ? What kind of hospitality was this. I clearly saw them that ,they were talking to each other while sitting on the guest table. I would have not approached them I just approach to them only to take the picture, nothing else. Dear, Paul management pls brief your staff on this basic hospitality things. This is behaviour is not acceptable from such high class restaurant of the city, People working inside should be professional not dhaba chaap. Let me know if you want to speak on this. Regards.

Ambience is Good. Food was also Okay. Mocktail had very few items. Wait Staff are rude and unprofessional. I was surrounded by 3 wait staff asking the same question how many people I am with. Not jut at entry but when i took a seat. 4 staff aked same question surrounding me. Had to ask for menu as they took the menu from table several times. Service is poor. The manager kept scolding wait staff in front of all customers. Everything else is good 👍 can improve the service

Food taste was not satisfactory. And they are overcharging. They provide butter naan @75 piece. I have never paid this much to any hotel till now. Quality was too bad. Staffs are cooperative but Price is not good. They are looting customer. If hotel owner is reading my comment. I request you to please bring down your butter naan price dude 🤣... Aaj pehli baar gya and ab kabhi nhi jaaunga... First impression is last impression.

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was a complete letdown. Despite its beautiful interior and the tempting menu, the quality of the food was nothing but disappointing. I ordered a dish that was supposed to come with fresh baby corn, but what I got was anything but fresh. The baby corn in my dish was stale. It was evident that the baby corn had been sitting out for a while and had lost its flavor. The garlic bread that came with my meal was another disappointment. It was nothing like the garlic bread that I had been hoping for. Instead, it was just plain bread with some cheese a slide of garlic on it. It was clear that the restaurant had cut corners on this dish, and I was left feeling cheated. The only saving grace of my dining experience was the mojito drink. It was refreshing and well-made, but unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the subpar food. It was evident that the restaurant was more focused on creating a beautiful ambiance and attracting customers with an impressive menu, but they failed to deliver on the most crucial aspect of any restaurant - quality food. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. The stale baby corn and lackluster garlic bread were enough to put me off, and the only good thing about my meal was the drink. The restaurant should focus more on the quality of their food and less on the aesthetics of their establishment if they want to survive in the highly competitive food industry.

Taste was very bad. We had Bby corn, chicken Tikka, murg masalam, paneer chilli. Out of which only Panner chilli was good. Everything else was tasteless.

I am waiting since 40 minutes but my order is still not ready, whereas online orders from swiggy and Zomato are being delivered to vendors without wait. Non cooperative staff. Only making excuses. Pathetic service.

I have been eating food from this restaurant from past 10 years and the favorite dish is chicken chilli. Recently, I ordered boneless chicken chilli but it looks like the quality has depreciated a bit but the taste was the same old classic one. I will suggest you guys to try regular chicken chilli.

I ordered Paneer BM and the taste and quantity was awesome, price was also reasonable. The ambience was also decent. Place was not overcrowded, the reason was that I visited at non-peak hour.

Food and service both not that good. Although there is ample staff but the attitude of staff is not correct. I ordered butter tandoori roti they gave plain tandoori roti and said that it was my fault that i didn't ordered correct. Next roti i ordered butter one but that was non eatable as it wasn't cooked and the response was that due to butter it happens. It looks like i was eating roti for the first time. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

People say "Old is Gold" but not in Pal Restaurant case. Quality and Quantity has reduced a lot. I have been a customer for the last 25 years. Starting from my 12th till date, whenever I come to Darbhanga, I order something or the other here as this reminds me of my school days. But unfortunately, there quality and quantity does not match. Dada, if you read this then I would request you to kindly sit in your Restaurant atleast for an hour. Hope after that things start being good.

So i ordered biryani both chicken nd veg, biryani was good not exceptionaly well but it was a little oily nd bitter. But the service was very good and Mr Prashant jha served us well kudoos to him ✨.

Very pathetic service here . Waiter are not proffessional. Food quality is okey, but if service will be like only then, it will be very difficult for the owner to run the hotel . As I am very old customer of Paul Restaurant , this was the horrible experience for me .

I didn't like the food but my wife did, we ordered different things so I can't complain about it. But service was one thing which we both didn't like, I guess we were there for dinner at around 10pm and it was nearing their closing time so their staff was in a hurry to get it done ASAP. Ambience was very nice compare to Darbhanga standards, one piece of advice for the management: everyone doesn't like this loud music, soothing music with nicely served meal is great combo.

It's a very old restaurant in Darbhanga and it's speciality is chilly chiken and chiken butter masala . If you are eggeterian than place egg masala it's amazing.

Very worst quality...Today i have ordered chicken chilli boneless from the store itself....But the taste of it was too worst,even the amount of salt is too much and its tasteless...🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
