Fraudulent
listing
on
OYO,
very
bad
service
and
unprofessional
behaviour.
Against
my
booking
of
suite
room
through
Oyo,
they
offered
me
a
third
class
room
on
grounds
that
they
can’t
give
us
their
“good
room”
at
“low
price”.
At
first
instance
they
weren’t
even
willing
to
allot
me
a
room
-
urging
me
to
cancel.
They
even
cut
off
AC
when
I
insisted
to
stay
in
the
room
which
I
booked.
Finally,
it
was
already
too
late
for
me
to
search
for
a
new
hotel
due
to
urgent
work,
so
I
called
up
Oyo.
Even
OYO
manager
teamed
with
the
hotel
owner
to
tell
me
that
the
booking
happened
by
mistake
and
I
should
compromise.
First
they
showed
me
wrong
room
at
wrong
price
-
take
payment
-
when
I
ask
for
check
in,
I’m
kept
waiting
for
hours
at
reception
and
after
long
hold
on
call
with
Oyo
personnel,
I’m
given
a
shabby
little
room.
This
is
nothing
but
a
case
of
cheating
and
fraudulent
way
of
getting
people’s
money.
