Doctor gave me wrong measurement of eye pressure. And, believed on test done by some other doctor. Additionally, i was flabbergasted by rude behaviour of Dr Sudhanshu. When i told staff to re-measure my eye pressure, doctor replied in a rude manner, like if he is some typical punk. Earlier, I believed that coaching institutions in Patna have made education a trading business. Now, i believe few doctors have done the same to critical healthcare services. I kept running to different doctors here and there, unless I met a right doctor in the end. Over and above; when I called a staff after few days; staff was reluctant to accept the mistake. Then, I thought of this medium to provide right feedback. Only feedback help us improve, but few healthcare staffs do not understand even such basic thing. I have seen the response of the doctor on few Justdial reviews. On almost all of the negative reviews, they have tried to argue instead of accepting the mistake. Really!! Grow up

I visited this hospital for an eye checkup last month. It is very time consuming as initially the nurse put few eye drops and asked me to close eyes for 45 minutes, the doctors tested for cause of pain in my right eye and gave medication and suggested increased power for the right eye. Medications provided by them was costly but after using it for nearly a month I can feel improvement in my eyes. So overall good. I don't know about the dental section. But eye section is good. It is opposite of Mohan Sweets near Loyola High School Patna Kurji Patna-10. The ambiance here is well maintained with adequate staff support. You can also visit the Spectacle corner in the hall itself where you can get your lenses specs and sunglasses.

I went for a filling in my molar as I had a visible cavity there. The doctor said that I had 6 more cavities and I need to fill all of them. I'm an 18 year old and was concerned about my teeth and hence went ahead with the procedure and got my 4 teeth(which didn't cause any problem) filled that day. Since, I do not live in Patna I planned to get the other teeth filled in my hometown I visited 3 dentists after that and all of them said that those are not cavities and they need not be filled. I was so disheartened because now I will have to replace the filling every 5-7 year which will include drilling my teeth again and again making it weaker. And also I had no sensitivity or anything before getting the filling and now they have become sensitive and uncomfortable.

Time norms not followed by doctor. Staff also not told correctly doctor when come. 10.30 or 11.00. Just like government hospital. Abhi nahin aaye hai. However, time mentioned 9.30 am. Very bad experience in respect of time norms

The doctor wasn't careful while checking eyes. Applied more pressure so had pain in the eyes for 2 weeks . Rest of the things were fine. The eye check up and initial process is smooth and standardized.

Got my RCT done here. I followed the protocols given. No problems. The dentist here is good. Just a suggestion for folks who're going to cap their tooth: make sure the cap fits between your teeth, with jaw closing properly; only then get it cemented. Otherwise better request the doctor for another cap.

I got my braces done from here, and as someone who has gotten her braces done many times and never got the results, i am extremely satisfied and happy. The doctor is very skilled and patient. i recommend anyone who wants to get any ortho treatment done get it done from here.

Really a nice doctor, very polite, he explains each and every detail. My dad got his cataract operated here, he keep asking the same thing for so many time, but doctor never loose his patience, he kept on explaning till my dad got satisfied. operation was successful and my dad's eye is perfectly working

My experience at this dental clinic has been extremely unsatisfactory. I was dealing with tooth sensitivity, and upon examination of my dental structure and previous root canal treatments, they suggested that I undergo root canal procedures for three teeth: one in the front and two in the back. However, I expressed my reluctance to have the root canal done on my front tooth and to replace my old artificial tooth, which was guaranteed for 20 years. Despite my concerns, they proceeded with the root canal treatment for two of my teeth. Feeling unsure about their recommendations, I decided to seek a second opinion from my previous dentist. Upon examination, they assured me that there was no need to replace the old tooth or perform a root canal on the front tooth. It is evident to me that the dental department at this clinic prioritizes monetary gain over patient well-being. They are willing to cause harm to patients in order to generate profit. I strongly advise everyone to avoid seeking treatment at this clinic.

My wife was opearted for cataract on 16 mar 2023.Found Doctor Sudhanshu Banka Very knowledgeable and confident.He explained in detail about IOL lense and procedure of surgery,after operation precaution and follow ups.Behaviour of staff was also very good.
