Extremely disappointed and unhappy with the services this hospital is offering. Will never visit him. All the account staff will over charge you multiple times with each test with bed charge. I admitted in this hospital for only 2 days got bill for 50000/- When I did not get any finding I asked for release . They again took long time even I cleared every single mony. I just wanted give you brutally honest review about Parash Hospital Darbhanga. Right now i am Admitted in paras hospital darbhanga and i choose the single AC room which is best according to the hospital management. I have only one line to say.... if you want to live please don't get admitted here. (Yadi apke patent 20% chance hai jine ka to wo yaha pe 100% mar diya jaega). Few doctors are good like Dr. Amit kumar aurtho surgeon but the hospital management will not let you leave... All the staffs are sir, what can i do.. its not under me else sorry sir... You can see cooler in single AC room and its been 6 days i am here and tiered now before writing this review... Diet :- If the doctor said soft diet that mean these guys are giving me khichdi all the 3 times from past 6 days....

The doctors in the Darbhanga branch of Paras Hospital are competent and qualified but the hospital management are thugs. They have a single point agenda- to cheat unsuspecting patients. The owner of the Paras groups of Hospital Dr. Dharminder Nagar is a crook. WROST EXPERIENCE !! Don't go on the reviews maximum are fake made by the Hospital staff & and their belongings. This hospital is only for money making & killing your patient, once you arrived there, they ask you to deposit the amount before taking the patient to CCU/ICU. And inside this CCU/ICU they don't have any experience doctor (only JHOLA CHHAP DOCTORS) which won't take care of your patient. Please go anywhere, but Not the PARAS..

Worst management and unqualified doctors. Unnecessarily costly. Once you got admitted there they will make sure that now you become poor. Their discharge policy is not worst, it is horrible. I experienced very bad with their management and staff. Even they don't have sense to talk. Hospital incharge will just represent like he is prime minister. I will suggest go to DMCH but not to Paras even you have lots of money, still. I guess it's enough for anyone. Also, if you see good reviews for this hospital then that are by their closed one, staff, paid reviews, forced to give review during discharge/operations(Which is also bad) etc. Rest you are enough intelligent to take better decision.

One the good hospital in town but unfortunately created bad name due to service & hospitality. We have visited in 2018 after that we desired to not go for any treatment. Even any disease or illness can be redeemed via medicine they will suggest for operation. Very slow process for treatment. Even you are paying for everything you need roam with patience for all check ups Night sisters are completely dependent upon you. You have to tell her when then slides need be changed. Bed charges are overvalued. It’s not suited according to service. Over and above, Got disappointed on Payment counter. It’s seems like government table and very slow. Even everything is take care by medical card, unnecessary time consuming process. Pls don’t ask me for food feedback, it’s better to don’t have.

Nursing ,security staff are very unprofessional and lazy. You have to be attentive towards your patient for everything needed . Be very careful towards everything there. If you are not attentive then good bless you. I have faced. No question of looting...if you have insurance with less amount then God save you. First intention to make high bill ..before admission you will be asked about total sum assured of your policy..after that all will be started. Hospital runs on ON CALL doctors. Very few doctors are available. Unnecessary checkup will be done to make bill....high price medicine will be given to patient. Overall I was not improving after giving Rs50000 injection per day for around 5 days, then I requested to doctor to discharge me. Overall there is no multispeciality hospital in darbhanga, so paras has made it but what would you do with building and machine? Lastly one thing is that lower grade staffs are good and punctual. Management is zero. Security guards are doing multiple jobs there. Lastly one thing do your best as per your best thinking. Jai Hind Again I have discharged my wife from hospital due to fever...one new I have been told that EVERYTIME I WILL HAVE TO PAY ADMISSION CHATGE ( registration fee) by billing team. Shocked that ..they have taken oath to loot money from patient. I have taken health insurance..that is why I visit this hospital... and rest already I have mentioned..every staff will tell you that new rules have applied now...only rules rest bhagwan malik...

One of the worst place where the reception will ask you to call and then come. When you call then they don't take your call. When you reach there they say that the pulmonologist sits from 11 to 4 while they ask you to keep waiting as if you are animals. Worst management ever seen. Doctors lack of interest towards his duty. Very disappointed.. Returned twice empty hand without getting to meet the pulmonologist.

There is no option for -ve star else I will give that instead of 1 star. Service is too bad, staff are untrained. There is no any value of patients time. For normal OPD you have to wait for 1 hr. After taking doctor appointment they will call doctor and then doctor say "he will come in half an hour" but never they are on time. There few inhouse doctors. We are always get mis leading information from reception, they are knowing any doctor schedule. Worst service I ever seen in hospital.

Preventive health checkup is worst. Don't go there. What is mentioned on the website is not the same they are offering in real. For ultrasound doctor is coming at 11:30 AM. After that wait for 2 hours for another sample. Loosing time & money.

I took discharge and patient got recovered properly in 1 day. Very Good experience with me in gynecology department as hospital hosted 1st child birth in department. Overall experience is superb and as it's name Paras is apex hospital in darbhanga. Well trained doctor ( Supriya Narayan ) and nursing facility is outstation. Thanks to Abhishek ji ( management department) is very helping person in Paras Hospital.

Be alert, they may declare some other disease which is not at all in you and get you panic so that they may get some more money by diagnosis. This is their strategy. They may start experiments on patients if attendent are not aware and alert.However other facilities and services are better as compared to peers in Darbhanga.

Hospital management is very good and helpful. They have handled my father's with utmost care.the behavior of everybody is very polite and courteous. The appointment test and other processes are very systematic and efficient. In every step we were guided by the staff at the end of the visit, they explained the prescription and medication very well to us my father's had to be carried around in wheelchairs for his outpatient appointment and their was always an attendant present to carry him around. Moreover where were outside the building, another attendant was present with a huge umbrella to protect him from the scorching sun the hospital premises is very clean and well kept and give a good feeling something which I believe does half the job curing a patient their is adequate seating space for patients and relatives

Worst hospital ever dont even have a changing room for their nurses male and female changing rooms are common for male and female the changing room has no door fitting lock. Worst place to for work for nurses to work. Dr wasim toches nurses ear and have enjoyment saying that is tatto in your ear this type of doctor should not be in the hospital

I never expected in our bihar and specially in mithla this much of excellence services can provide by any of hospital. 1st doctors are very good 👍 . Specially MOD of this hospital Miss Anshu Thakur see is really very fast and active girl in hole day i recommend days staff to do this or change my dress but when she come to visit in night every day she came to ask me about health food cleaning and many more. I had a very positive experience in Paras. I had come in for my father's surgery. The cleanliness and professionalism of employees stood out the most for me. Nurses were cordial and attentive to patients needs and were quick to respond whenever approached. Although I couldn't gather name of all the nurses who attended to us in our 10 days stay but there was one lady (anshu kumari i guess) who in particular made sure to check on our needs everyday and ensured that my concerns are attended to in time. her positive energy towards patients and genuine care made us feel at home Finally, For the first time I can say with confidence that there is a national level hospital in Darbhanga.
