This service centre is very cheap and trickish.I gave my phone here to get it repaired , said battery to be changed , 3 months warranty and it will cost 1591 rs. I gave my phone here , they put a duplicate battery in my phone, and took 1591 rs. from me and I could not do anything even though I have all the avidence . I have also complained National consumer and xiaomi costomer service of India . But nothing happened.you don't go here at all.

Very poor cleanliness. ACs are unserviceable in customer waiting area. Only one pedastal fan for so many customer. Need more airconditioner and fans.

My phone get repaired within 1 hour . I am very happy to reviewing him. Staff behaviour is too good but the internal environment is not good place is tidy , chair is not cleaned, AC is not working , bad smell coming but the service is good

If I say that it's the worst service center ever then then it's not wrong. Because of its service and its facilities provided by the company. When I visited the temperature was around 40 degrees and in this service center no single fan was in working conditions. Very hot climate and the facilities hahahaha it's zero. Then I realized that china companies are always cheap not the best. People think about it and move on to another good option otherwise China.

Cool experience but they have to improvement . By the way they didn't repair my phone because they repair only Darbhanga district phone owner.

Very Bad service. Their Staff always said your phone is out of warranty. If phone is new also.
