Build in more than 4.5 acres. Cons 1. It is situated in a village there is no any market nearby. 2. 14 KM from Darbhanga Town 3. Not for log stay 4. Room service is little bit slow.

Far from city. Used to visit a lot in summers coz of the pool. Food is ok service is pretty bad. Recently went there with a frnd and his gf. The staff stared at her like creep. Rooms were nice though, probaby better than most of the places in city.Just came to put my review here coz they threatned my frnd for his honest review. Do u guys think that people ll give u 5 stars if ur staffs are not well mannered ? We didnt knew about the instagram video 😅 and they threatned my frnd that they ll take legal action for his review. Just coz u guys think that you are the only one with political connections dosent mean that u can threaten people. No one cares about that instagram video or ur CCTV video. People just want a peaceful and fun experience.

I was at a wedding with my photography team, and our whole team had a very bad experience in Dalaan resort, Their staff's behaviour was so bad. We were sitting in the reception and one of the editors was editing the wedding trailer on his laptop and us others were sitting beside him. Then a staff from the reception came and said you can't sit here this is for guests only, you're photographers please go somewhere else and put your bags and all there not here! His tone was so rude and he was like "this is for high class people you photographers don't belong here" It was a very negative and bad experience for us. We've been to many great and bigger hotels and resorts but never had this experience. "I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY"

I would advise against visiting this resort as the general manager and other staff members lack politeness. The food quality is subpar, and the rooms are not adequately clean. In particular, the GM, Anil, has been unpleasant to deal with.

Serving female staff are like push cart not like a self start. Every time you have to call them loudly and have to ask or instruct for service. They are lacking common sense and presence of mind. Rest of the thing is good. In a city like Darbhanga It is one of the good and affordable resort .

This resort feels like a luxurious place for anyone because its workers nature is too good but the swimming pool price is too high as per the resort pool and it is not clean, water is too dirty and its water is harmful for us. So. I request to resort worker/owner that please solve this issue of your resort. And as per my satisfaction all thing is good Only pool is caused or faced by me.. Thank you!!

It was a really bad experience. They don't have recorded lines. Over the call they said room rate less and at the time of check out they asked just double the amount. I will share the painful story later...about how the booking manager was using bad language and his rude behaviour. Each and every detail you will get.

I attended a marriage party. Service was inadequate. Starter dish was available only on buffet. No servings by waiters. Buffet looks good for main course. But starters are better with servings by waiters and at buffet too. Perhaps the concerned private party might have opted for a less attractive package. But management fault was that they should not offer compromise packages. It harms your image. Ambience was fabulous. Liked it.

From the abysmal service to the revolting food, every aspect of this restaurant managed to surpass my lowest expectations. I'm not sure if the staff was intentionally trying to be rude or if they were just utterly incompetent, but either way, they managed to ruin the dining experience entirely. It took an eternity for anyone to acknowledge our presence, and even then, the server seemed more interested in chatting with their coworkers than serving our order. Throughout the evening, I had to repeatedly flag down waitstaff just to get the missing food. It was clear that customer satisfaction was at the bottom of their priority list. In conclusion, this restaurant is an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to the concept of dining out. I implore anyone reading this review to stay as far away from this establishment as possible. Save your money, your taste buds, and your sanity by avoiding this disaster of a restaurant. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

This resort is good. It has a swimming pool, party Hall, Gardens, Fountains and Some Best Places for Photography. But one is to notice the costs of food and Also The price of swimming pool is kinda like costly as compared to other, Also The place where it is located is not So Good Enough. Although, It's best for family tour if You Have Some extra money I hope this helps

The place is completely underwhelming and a huge disappointment. My family and I thought that This resort was going to be alot more exciting then it is. But unfortunately it's a huge let down. staff was uncooperative they don't know how talk with delegate.washroom was dirty and no hand wash.very bad response by food serving people theire response was in very aggressive manner. This is a 4 star resort which is still in development. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. It has its own cafe and restaurant which has a reasonable price. It's a great place for business meetings Has a lot of space for parking It is outside the city approximately 15 kms away from the main town. Generally you have to take a private rickshaw which will cost 200 to 300 one way.

Overhyped ! Sure, the buildings & it's interiors are great which qualifies this to be a nice place for photo shoots. But, they have a poor management/service. • Some parts are still under construction & some parts which looks complete are locked or restricted to enter. • Nice place to take pictures • Food serving is very much delayed & does not worth the cost. They made it quite spicy which made food bad to taste. • Swimming Pool water looks green & dirty just like a pond in a village. • cafe was empty. Could not see anyone there to take orders. After waiting so long. A man probably Cashier entered who went on to call the coffee maker for us. It was a Boring experience altogether. Lastly we had our Cappuccino on our table which tasted good. We tried Latte too on other day which was fine.

Resort is very good and well maintained, rooms are good in size with all amenities expected. Since location is far away from the town one can experience peace and fresh air.

I had a great time at the Dalaan resort. The staffs were all very hospitable and the food was delicious. It was a nice break from my usual routine and I definitely plan on going back soon!

Dalaan resort is a landmark in Darbhanga and a place for hangout. There are majestic banquet halls and other sports facilities like swimming pool, tennis court, children trail and several others. It has been conceptualised to provide a wholesome experience and one word to describe it would be a home away from home. There is ample are for walk around and great for weekend getaway and spending vacation. The food prices are a bit on higher side yet the taste is something which justifies it to a price. The staff behaved well and decently yet they need a thorough training to compete with hotel and resort chains to put in good word for such a fine experience

I stayed here for a film shooting. Well though the rooms are pretty clean and decent but the room service is quite slow & regressive. Even the break through price is also on the higher side as per location.{~5K} Mostly they are unavailable for online bookings through MMT or Goibibo likes sites & give discount as per their own choices.. Other areas like Cafe are almost empty but the attendent makes Good Coffee & Sandwich & the Swimming Pool remains dirty throughout a day..

I had ordered for Chinese sizzler and tandoori starter ,that was awesome in taste, staff was very friendly and corporative , lastly my first choice for stay and party "only dalaan".

Worst Experience, Food was tasteless, service was worst.Only location is good. Our all guest were angry. Especially Mr. Sanjeev, worst person on your event day. He will just make fake promises while booking but at the time of delivery he is the worst. we all regreted after the event. Never go for it.

The one of the best and largest resort in Darbhanga distric. The resort is situated at chikni nehra road. The rooms are very comfortable. The swimming pool is also available here and very much clean. The food quality is very good. The parking facilities are available and very nice. The campus is very big and beautiful. The greenery areas are required more focus.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay for the all peoples,All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the lift, this was one of the nicest places for stay and functions.

This place looks amazing, and has enough space to organise any event. Service is not up to mark and rooms are not maintained. They charged for the swimming pool even if you are staying with them in their best room. This place overcharged everything.

I heard a lot about dalaan resort.i visited after a long time and i realised why i had visited there. there is just a small swimming,a cafe where you could get only soft drinks and pastry which was much expensive according to location and market price. then we decided to go to the restaurant which was also expensive and taste was not according to price. so, overall experiences of our group was not good. rest it depends upon person to person

Hotel is neat and clean but the pool is very dirty and they charge extra for playing in the park. The breakfast is very less quantity and no more varieties. Only Puri sabji is available. Dinner is nice.They said that online booking is charged for parks and all and face to face booking everything is free like kuchbhi. U suggest not to go.

Been there just for swimming... nice infra, enough parking space (free parking), friendly staffs on reception. What can be improved: If u rent swimming clothes, u have to walk all the way back to reception after swimming to return it. There should be a process to collect them at swimming pool😋

Service is highly unsatisfying, neither do the staff are keen on making any attempts to rectify it. Pool is in deplorable condition and covered with algae. It has a small playing area consisting of 2-3 rides for children for which they charge 100 bucks for half hour for each child ( children who are already staying in resort premises ), if that time exceeds by 5 min, guards will rush to the ground to chuck the child out.

Very good manner staff in the restaurant, when I check in for the room at Dalaan resort ,then reception guys was speaking in English that was good for hospitality, Dalaan resort has provided to us prompt service and delicious food that was memorable for us.

I booked for wedding party on 5th Jan. The buffet /food arrangement was excellent, one thing we got from hotel side as a complimentary tea and coffee at the time of phera ,it's shows equivalent of five start hotel.

One of the best property for stay , family events , corporate events with amazing view , positive vibe of beautiful surroundings, equipped with all facilities , cafe , Restutent , pool , activity zone, inside small shop for shopping ! Nice interior, spacious rooms , good food quality , enough parking facilities ! For outside travellers may be if will concern of half an hour from airport but once you reach here that time is worth to visit from outside city crowd , for devious food & lovely peaceful ambiance , sufficient space for morning walkers ! Sufficient rooms and hall for conference & excellent hospitality and service ! Perfect destination in Darbhanga for day out and day activities with kids and family ! Stayed here 5-6 times & will visit again !

Unfortunately, the staff's unprofessional and rude behavior, including instances of abuse towards my friend, along with the poor food quality, have led me to rate it just one star. Additionally, I advise against engaging in arguments with the General Manager, Anil, as his conduct is less than desirable. Ultimately, we pay for comfort, not for insults and threats.

The whole hotel staff was amazing. I would like to tell you all that it’s a must visit resort if you are in Darbhanga. It’s a peaceful and luxurious place nearest to nature. Mr.Vikas was one of the executive who actually made sure that his guest is having every facility and having their good time. Each and every staff is well trained and professional. It’s a safe place for women too
