experience.
I
would
give
4
star
for
location.
It
is
3km
from
railway
station
on
mainroad.
Service
was
3
star
as
staffs
were
not
trained
and
were
not
aware
of
etiquette
though
they
were
well
behaved.
Rooms
I
would
give
a
negative
rating.
I
upgraded
to
delux
after
paying
500
extra
as
standard
was
pathetic.
Delux
were
also
no
better.
I
paid
1853
for
a
room
and
there
was
no
chair.
The
room
was
not
properly
cleaned.
There
was
no
cloth
hanger
in
the
bathroom.
The
bathroom
tiles
was
broken.
The
TV
unit
was
not
working.
Though
the
staffs
offered
to
get
it
corrected
but
we
were
too
tired
to
let
them
work
in
our
room.
Two
of
the
lights
was
not
were
not
working.
I
am
posting
the
pics
of
room
for
reference.
I
booked
the
breakfast,
which
was
provided
at
10:30.
The
hotel
doesn't
have
dining
facility
and
they
accept
booking
for
breakfast.
They
get
the
breakfast
delivered
from
some
nearby
outlet
which
is
of
pathetic
quality.
So
overall
experienced
was
pathetic.
Staffs
were
well
behaved.
Management
is
totally
negligent.
The
pricing
is
exorbitant
as
compared
to
quality.
I
forgot
to
tell
about
thebed.
In
name
of
toileries
they
will
give
5
rupee
lifebuoy
soap.
They
claim
that
they
have
lift
on
booking
websites.
However
no
lift
was
present.
You
will
have
to
carry
the
luggage
to
the
first
floor.
In
my
case
the
receptionist
helped
me.
Special
callout
to
receptionist
as
he
helped
me
when
no
other
staff
was
available.
The
bed
was
smaller
than
the
queen
size
also.
Uncomfortable
for
two
persons.
I
read
in
some
reviews
that
the
owner
claims
that
the
the
users
are
giving
fake
review
because
they
had
to
pay
extra
to
upgrade
the
room.
So,
I
must
tell
here
that
money
doesn't
matter
for
me
as
it
will
be
reimbursed
by
my
organization.
I
am
writing
this
part
after
the
reply
from
the
owner.
If
the
lift
is
unavailable
why
do
you
mention
it
as
amenities.
Moreover
the
staff
just
carried
1
bag,
rest
I
had
to
carry
myself.
While
checking
out
none
of
teh
staff
was
available.
Any
comment
on
breakfast
facility
or
the
broken
tiles
or
the
faulty
TV.
The
owner
seems
to
be
mannerless
person
who
runs
a
below
standard
hotel.
Don't
ever
visit
this
hotel.
Regarding
the
pain
of
500.
I
already
mentioned
it
was
reimbursed
by
my
organization
.
Guys
please
refer
the
photographs
I
have
posted,
detailing
broken
tiles
and
dirty
washroom.
Also
please
note
most
of
the
5
star
ratings
are
fake
they
are
just
rating
with
no
detail.
I
will
ensure
that
this
review
reaches
the
maximum
person
and
is
present
on
every
platform.
