I would give 1 star to overall experience. I would give 4 star for location. It is 3km from railway station on mainroad. Service was 3 star as staffs were not trained and were not aware of etiquette though they were well behaved. Rooms I would give a negative rating. I upgraded to delux after paying 500 extra as standard was pathetic. Delux were also no better. I paid 1853 for a room and there was no chair. The room was not properly cleaned. There was no cloth hanger in the bathroom. The bathroom tiles was broken. The TV unit was not working. Though the staffs offered to get it corrected but we were too tired to let them work in our room. Two of the lights was not were not working. I am posting the pics of room for reference. I booked the breakfast, which was provided at 10:30. The hotel doesn't have dining facility and they accept booking for breakfast. They get the breakfast delivered from some nearby outlet which is of pathetic quality. So overall experienced was pathetic. Staffs were well behaved. Management is totally negligent. The pricing is exorbitant as compared to quality. I forgot to tell about thebed. In name of toileries they will give 5 rupee lifebuoy soap. They claim that they have lift on booking websites. However no lift was present. You will have to carry the luggage to the first floor. In my case the receptionist helped me. Special callout to receptionist as he helped me when no other staff was available. The bed was smaller than the queen size also. Uncomfortable for two persons. I read in some reviews that the owner claims that the the users are giving fake review because they had to pay extra to upgrade the room. So, I must tell here that money doesn't matter for me as it will be reimbursed by my organization. I am writing this part after the reply from the owner. If the lift is unavailable why do you mention it as amenities. Moreover the staff just carried 1 bag, rest I had to carry myself. While checking out none of teh staff was available. Any comment on breakfast facility or the broken tiles or the faulty TV. The owner seems to be mannerless person who runs a below standard hotel. Don't ever visit this hotel. Regarding the pain of 500. I already mentioned it was reimbursed by my organization . Guys please refer the photographs I have posted, detailing broken tiles and dirty washroom. Also please note most of the 5 star ratings are fake they are just rating with no detail. I will ensure that this review reaches the maximum person and is present on every platform.

Its very strange that if you write something which is not there , people writing a very rude answers in Bihar rather then being hotelier they don't know guests are always right and if there is any complain ,have to solve. Like inside the room no pest control room is full of mosquitos, the door of bathroom you can't lock , wc jet is broken, no guests ami ities provided, no hanger or towel rack inside bathroom, no cupboard inside the room for everything there answer is talk to your booking agent rather then solve the problem. That's the reason I checked out a day before my actual check out date with full money paid for two days. Horrible kind of experience and specially if you are staying with your family

One of the worst hotel for staying at Dharbhanga. Manager and housekeeping both were talking rutly. While I check-in hotel and the moment when enter in the room and found that dustbin were cleaned. One piece sleeper were provided to wear. I have stayed one night and nobody has came in room to ask for water. While you see the profile of hotel and get to know that 24X7 service available but I did not see any Receipt in the desk. At the time of checkout again I called to manager please come and check the room then he asked to me, have you made the payment I told yes then he say you may now go. I recommendtion to all kindly don't stay in this hotel while you visit Dharbhanga

I won't recommend anyone to go here,, rooms small as a coffin, No proper ventilation at all most of all people pay for ac bt in 24 hour more then 4-5 hours there wont be electricity or as they will say ... And in the name of amenities they'll just give you dusty towel thats it.. !! Still you want to go then enjoy.!

If there is a option of ZERO star , i will definitely give it a big ZERO....the deluxe room is too conjusted to explain,,,the bathroom is horrible...not even cleaned properly..on power cut ac will not work. Tv is in room but cable disconnected.

The Receptionist & the man with the beard (sorry couldn't ask his name) were extremely helpful. They are always available to solve any problem. Some of the suggestions : 1) Lightnings - request to light up more, it's really dark in the room. 2) Power back up - especially in the toilets.

Third class service no generator available, insects and cockroaches are roaming inside the bathroom, AC drain is coming to the bathroom, bathroom flush is now so powerful. Taking money so much but not giving service like thak very bad experience.

This hotel had a nice and clean ambience with clean room and comfort bed and amazingly supportive staff member.

No room service available, room is ok ok according to the price, during my stay of 2 days sometime I didn't find anyone at the reception then I call the owner, he shows rude behaviour so 2 star for owner behaviour.

It's just ok ok. Neither I'm satisfied, nor dissatisfied. It's just better than any other hotel in Darbhanga.

One of the best hotels in Darbhanga for a romantic stay. It's all about comfort and privacy. However, one should keep a plan for eating out as the food here is not very likeable.
