I have been visiting New Look for many years, even before the name change. I have never left disappointed! During recent visits, I have been very impressed with the time and care each stylist takes to keep customers safely distanced, the equipment and supplies sterilized and the whole salon immaculate. I always feel at ease while getting my hair done. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I'm not sure what style I want if I'm up for a change. Lupe takes time to make sure her staff and customers are taken care of day in and day out. Mara usually does my hair and she certainly knows how to cut, color and style! She's very attentive and professional. Once in awhile I can not make it in to see Mara so I've had my hair done by each of the other stylist over the years and I'm always satisfied. You will come for the convenience and return for the experience!

The inside of the salon is immaculate and the staff is SUPER friendly! Coffee and cookies were available for guests to enjoy while waiting, which you don't see very often! Deanna was my stylist today, she did exactly what i asked for (Color, highlights and a light trim up) and was very pleasant to interact with. While Deanna worked on my hair, other staff members chatted with their clients and neighboring customers, including myself. The owner/stylist, Lupe, introduced herself and told me about the promotions for the salon. She was so sweet! Another stylist, Mara, came over to compliment Deanna's work on my hair and introduce herself. Actually, apon arrival Mara made a great first impression by saying "Welcome aboard!" after I signed in at the front. Josephina and Silvia are stylists there too, they were also incredibly nice and welcoming as well! Bottom line, I would totally recommend this salon to anyone. The staff members are all very personable and friendly. Oh, and the prices are great! What's not to love?!

I have been going to the New Look Family Hair Salon for more than six years, since before it was New Look. The name may have changed but the stylists remained the same throughout and their quality of care and service and their personable approach to customer relationships has never varied. I’m a loyal fan of Mara who always gives me a great haircut but I have also gotten haircuts from Lupé and Josephina when Mara is on vacation and they hold themselves to the same high standards as Mara and do a great job as well. Definitely not to be overlooked - The stylists at New Look wash and condition your hair before the final cut and not only does that feel great but I’m convinced that it leads to a better, more professional looking haircut. In closing and to paraphrase several people and sum up the New Look experience I would say that you arrive a stranger only once at the New Look Family Hair Salon, after that you’re family.

I was a client of Guadalupe Meijia years before she became the owner of New Look. Rarely have I known someone as professional, generous-hearted, and dedicated to giving each customer her undivided attention, the finest of hair products, and her desire to treat each person not only with expertise, but also with friendship.

I desperately needed a haircut after 4 years of not getting one. I was really nervous but I can now say that the reviews on here speak for themselves. The staff is friendly & welcoming. Short wait time. Silvia did a FANTASTIC job with my haircut, I've never been so content after leaving a salon chair! I have really fine hair & Silvia worked her magic to give me exactly what I wanted. Truly felt & still feel confident with my new haircut. I'm so happy I found my new go-to salon & stylist :) Highly recommend this place!
