A beautiful facility with showers and large locker room. The staff create such a welcoming environment with motivational atmosphere during class. You feel pumped to get your work out done. To end your experience, there is a great selection of tea or coffee. I'd recommend the Bar Method Darien to anyone who loves a clean studio with great instructors.

The Bar Method Darien is a excellent place to workout if you want to strengthen your core and improve your posture. I joined shortly after they opened and go 4 times a week. I have gotten so much stronger, and walk taller. The staff is excellent with a hands on approach to make sure your are in the correct position so you do not hurt yourself. I cannot say enough good things about this location. If you are reading this come try a class, it is for all ages young and older!

I have been a member of Bar Method Darien for 5 years. Anna and Lara (the owners) pour their heart and soul into this business. The studio is beautiful and spotless, the instructors are so well trained and they all plan great classes to keep it interesting, and the front desk staff are friendly and professional. I am a frequent flyer and I never get bored. I’ve also had a variety of injuries over the years and I can still take class using the modification they offer during each class. Anna and Lara have collaborated with many other local businesses and are so good at making everyone feel welcome in the studio. Come take a class- you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love The Bar Method Darien! The instructors are kind, friendly and dedicated to helping you get the most out of class. After just seven classes I saw significant changes in my body and felt changes in my energy level, and I've been hooked ever since! The studio is also beautiful and the other clients are very welcoming. Convenient class times as well. All in all, a fantastic workout experience!

If I could give Bar Method Darien a million stars I would! BMD (whether on ZOOM or in the classroom) is a fantastic workout that provides proper alignment & targets all those special spots! It is a space that is warm, welcoming and feels like family! The owners, Anna & Lara, and their INCREDIBLE staff are AMAZING, friendly, caring and properly trained to give you the BEST, SAFEST workout! As a former dancer and instructor, I couldn't be more pleased! I take 6-7 classes per week & couldn't live without it! I highly recommend BMD! Adding the following a year later, I still feel the same about BMD, Anna, Lara, the staff & the entire Bar Method Darien community of Friends! It's an amazing place filled with positive energy, kindness, incredible workouts & personal attention. I can't live without it! It's THE BEST!!!!

Starting with the warm welcome in the lobby to the professional but fun instructors, Bar Method Darien is my number one fitness activity. I love the studio, the friendly vibe and my fellow classmates. I feel stronger and happier - definitely give it a try!

There aren't enough good words to write about The Bar Method Darien, but I'll try. A big thank you to the BMD owners, Anna and Lara, for opening up in Darien! They are the most motivated, professional, and caring women; the Manager, Erica, is the most hardworking, dedicated, fun, and coolest person. The whole team at BMD are so professional, sweet, and helpful. I have been going to Bar Method for the last month pretty consistently, and I have never felt better in my body. Long lean lines, flexibility, strength, motivation, and drive. I think I also grew an inch haha. It really checks all the boxes! This is the workout you jump out of bed for because you truly feel good while doing it. I have found my go-to place for always and couldn't be happier!!!!

I’ve been going to the Bar Method Darien for about a year now and love it there. The faculty itself is great - lockers, showers, amenities, etc. The instructors are fantastic - always willing to help you if you need some assistance, caring about your form during the workout, and just generally being friendly, helpful, and kind. The workout itself is challenging and makes you feel like you are really changing your body for the better. Overall, my favorite workout ever!

The Darien Bar Method is awesome in every way. The studio is clean, bright and refreshing. Owners Anna & Lara are extremely professional, amazing instructors and two of the nicest people I know. All the instructors and staff are so welcoming, friendly and know each person by name. It's a feel good, happy place where you get an incredible full body workout. I’ve been going to Bar Method Darien classes for almost a year now and I cannot say enough good things about it. The studio is clean and welcoming. The teachers empower and encourage you to push your workouts to the next level. I’ve toned in places I never even knew could be toned and have gained true strength and flexibility. Every class is STILL challenging. I’ve never been one to workout in a class structure but the Bar Method Darien has changed that. These classes are unique. You won’t regret trying it!

The Bar Method studio is fantastic! I really like their welcoming atmosphere. The front desk ladies are extremely amiable and instructors are knowledgeable and motivating.
