Richard was amazing at helping us find the perfect mattress for my handicap client. He is so knowledgeable on the products. He helped her with kindness compassion and patience to find the mattress that made her the most comfortable. He enlisted the help of Gerry G to move one mattress to a different base to get the height right for her to be able to safely get on and off to try the mattress. We left with the perfect fit right down to the perfect pillow to compliment the mattress. Very happy with the product but even happier with the people. Richard and Gerry G are awesome!
