Keokradong is a popular tourist attraction in Bangladesh for mountaineers. Keokradong is one of the cloudiest places in Bangladesh. Height measured by handheld GPS shows it is 986 metres (3,235 ft) with 3m accuracy. There is a controversy about the highest point of Bangladesh. According to the hill people, it is known that there are 3 peaks of the hill. Which are respectively known as Qi-Kra-Dong. The owner of this hill is one. Under whose management and under the supervision of the Bangladesh Army, the activities of this mountain are conducted. There are a few small cottages for tourist accommodation. And for food there is a specific food hotel. Winter is the best time for tourists here.

Keokradong is the 2nd highest peak of Bangladesh. Keokrdaong is 3172 feet high and full with greenery m There is army camp and motel/ cottege there to stay. The mountain is sourrouned with clouds in March to October. Its an amazingly beautiful place. You have to track 4 hour from Bogalake to rich there, there is no way except walk. Traveling there in monsoon is risky because of very bad road but you will find the best and most beautiful cloud in rainy season. There is Bom tribe who live beside the hills and they are friendly. But please dont take their pictures and dont throw your waste here and there especially plastics. Climbing there is tough and only fitted persons are recommended to climb. There is lot of natural falls on the way to keokradong specially the Chingri Jharna(waterfall) is so beautiful. The track is full with greenary and clouds in morning. You will never forget the view you enjoy there. Happy Traveling!!😍❤️

Keokradong A peak located in the Bandarban district, northeast of the country, the close border to Burma with a altitude of 1,230 metres (4,035 ft). It is actually located near Thaikhong para of the Remacri Mouja. The scenery of these hilly impassable roads is really very pleasant. Anyone willing to visit the peak, must go there on foot from Baga lake under Ruma by crossing hilly high terrace from Ruma Upazilla Head quarter. Adventurers often undertake trekking expeditions to reach the summit and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

I had the opportunity to visit Keokradong Hill Peak in Bandarban, and it was an unforgettable adventure. Standing as one of the highest peaks in Bangladesh, Keokradong offers an awe-inspiring view that makes every step of the journey worthwhile. The trek to the peak is challenging but incredibly rewarding. The trail is surrounded by lush greenery, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant wildlife, making it a paradise for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. The serene and untouched natural beauty of the region is simply mesmerizing. Reaching the summit was a moment of pure joy. The panoramic view from the top is absolutely breathtaking. You can see the rolling hills, dense forests, and distant villages, all bathed in the golden glow of the sun. It's a perfect spot for capturing stunning photographs and experiencing a sense of tranquility and accomplishment. The local guides and villagers were very friendly and helpful, providing insights into the area's history and culture. Their hospitality added a special touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

The place is such a beauty. After a long hike from bogalake, you'll be speechless seeing the great view of the surroundings from the top of it. When it rains, it becomes more charming to see around from the top if it. You won't forget the experience, for sure.

One of the highest points of Bangladesh, Keokradong peak offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountain ranges and valleys. Sunset and sunrise from this point is very beautiful. There's a helipad too which also offers good view! For people who loves stargazing, this place is perfect as there is little or no light pollution nearby therefore offering a magnificent view of billions of stars!

From Bandarban, you can reach Keokradong hill by jeep along the hilly path of about 100 km however you need to seek permision from border guard to go there. You will drop off near Boga Lake and after about 3 hours hill-trekking, climb to the top of Keokradong. It is feel very cold at night here. Adventure lovers can visit this peak
