Dear Sir or Madam, please read we have bought a piece of clothing here. On the receipt it says exchange within 7 days. When it comes to exchanging things, things are completely different, here the saleswomen are king, not the customer. I was treated like the last guy, well I don't want to put myself down to that level. But I should go to a lawyer, many tried that too, was the answer from the saleswomen. Then many customers probably feel the same as me. I will never buy here again as a retailer. I know some stores but I have never experienced anything like this. This happened on August 19, 2023 I reserve the right to take legal action.

Never again ! On January 13, 2024 I was there after a very long time and for God's sake, I was shocked!!! The lady at the checkout was really nice!*** but the other two girls who walk around and act as if they were cleaning up etc. but in reality they gossip about the customers and watch them as if everyone was stealing, just terrible! If other customers heard or heard how the two of them were gossiping, it didn't bother them to continue talking! For me, definitely never again!! Just a tip!
