Items were sold online that were not in stock. The company neither complied with its legal obligations to deliver the product nor made any effort to find a customer-oriented solution. The strange thing was that the goods I ordered were back in the online shop shortly afterwards! I confronted Mr. Michael Hechler with a screenshot and was only told that my problem could not be solved. In the end I didn't receive my goods and had to put in a lot of writing to ensure that my money was credited back to me. This way you can also fool consumers ;-) never go there again ✌🏻
