I always get very good advice here without feeling like I've ended up in a sales pitch. The service and staff are truly outstanding.

Very attentive, nice and competent staff. If several customers come, additional employees are usually on hand immediately and you rarely have to wait long. In my opinion, this pharmacy is also very well equipped. I always enjoy going here!

I have been coming here regularly for several years and have always been greeted and advised in a very friendly and appreciative manner. In my opinion, time is always taken for the customers and the advice is both professionally competent and very humane.

Outrageous prices! 9€ for a simple flu remedy? No cheaper alternative is available. In the online pharmacy you can get the same product for €2.30. Please explain this price difference to me?

Since this pharmacy is very centrally located for me and even close to the hospital, I have been there several times and have always received friendly and competent advice. If something was no longer in stock, it was ordered as quickly as possible and was often even available on the same day. I was even informed about this over the phone - this was discussed beforehand when I ordered, but I can/must praise this - great service!

Schon seit Jahren meine Lieblingsapotheke. Nicht überall wird man als junger Mensch freundlich bedient und ernst genommen. Die Beratung war bislang immer 1a. Zudem sind die Apotheker wirklich hilfsbereit und nehmen sich immer genügend Zeit, egal wie viel los ist.

Eine Apothekerin hat mich zuletzt sehr freundlich bedient und über Schmerzsalben informiert. War hier schon einige Male und wurde jedes Mal lächelnd begrüßt. So wünscht man sich das als Kunde. :)

Sehr schöne Apotheke, übersichtlich, gut sortiert und: Tolles Personal. Nachteil: Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten. Erich R Büdenbender Netphen
