The receptionist with eye glass was soo rude to me because i could not speak good german! Then i yelled at her too & told that she should work on her attitude & be polite. It was a scene!! & I left.. She was really cheap. They should definitely fire her. No human with self respect should go to this praxis. Edit: September 2021 I see that many other people having rude experience with that specific women & good that they are writing here about it. Surprisingly seems like she is still working there!

I can recommend Dr. I highly recommend Jungmann. He always has an open ear and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He has a very relaxed and pleasant manner. But I can only recommend Dr. Rate Jungmann because I don't know any other doctor from this practice. The practice is modern, bright and quite large. The disadvantage could be that there are always a lot of patients here, which is also due to the proximity to the hospital. That's why it can take a while to get to it. However, the receptionists are not very nice and are usually very stressed. I hope I don't get in trouble now because I took photos from the practice....... Although Dr. If Jungmann deserved more stars, the practice generally only gets 3 stars because you can no longer get a timely appointment here!

War am Freitag 10.12.2021 auf der beruflichen Rückreise aus dem Allgäu und hatte schon zwei Tage schlimme Unterleibsschmerzen. Habe versucht von 08:30 am Morgen die Praxis zu erreichen und habe nur eine Ansage bekommen, dass der nächste freie Mitarbeiter sich kümmert. Nach genau 2 Minuten wurde die Verbindung mehrmals abgebrochen. In der Praxis kam ich um ca. 13:00 Uhr an und meldetete mich mit meinen Problem an. Antwort: Warum kommen Sie jetzt am Freitag um diese Uhrzeit! Die Dame die sich mit mir unterhielt (dunkle lange Haare) war noch einigermaßen nett. Ihre Kollegin gelocktes Haar und schon etwas Älter quatschte dazwischen und sagte, sie haben gar keinen Anrufbeantworter. Von da wusste ich eigentlich, dass ich keine Chance habe noch behandelt zu werden. Es wren genau noch zwei Patienten in der Praxis die schon im behandelten Umlauf waren. Ich wurde gebeten Platz zu nehmen und wartete das weitere Geschehen ab. Eine weitere Mitarbeiterin blondes glattes Haar kam immer mal wieder am Empfang vorbei und beschwerte sich über Patienten und Ärzte und Gott und die Welt! Nach 45 Minuten bekam ich die Auskunft, dass die Ärzte mich heute nicht mehr untersuchen können und ich in ca. 1 Woche einen Termin haben könne. Anzumerken ist auch, dass ich schon vor 10 Jahren die gleichen Symptome hatte und das auch geschildert habe. Ich ging das aus der Praxis und habe netterweise von einem älteren Herren den Hinweis bekommen, mich in der Ambulanz der Alice Klinik nur hundert Meter entfernt zu melden. Dort ging alles sehr einfühlsam und kompetent zu. Von der Datenerfassung bis zum Beginn der Untersuchung vergingen keine 15 Minuten. Frau Dr. rief auch sofort in der vorgenannten Praxis an und hat sich sofort die Historie senden lassen. Ergebnis der Untersuchung: akute Prostatitis mit sofortiger Übergabe der Medikament ( Antibiotika und Schmerzmittel) Am Montag waren die schlimmsten Schmerzen gelindert. Vielen Dank für die spontane kompetente Behandlung im Alice Hospital! Und an die Damen von der Praxis Dr. Ju.... mal die Frage ob man als Patient ein Feind ist oder wie sie sich Gedenken den Patienten zu helfen? Ich als Arzt würde das Deskteam mal ordentlich ins Gebet nehmen!!!!

He is available day and night, among other things, as an emergency surgeon, with excellent results for many years. Thank you for that. His competence is characterized by constantly renewed and expanded knowledge through further training. He also has a very good habit of exchanging ideas with other doctors in consultation in order to achieve the best possible result for the patient. I would like to see this trait in many more doctors. The also very good former colleague Dr. Weisenfels, is retired and has been joined for some time by his colleague Dr. Alnatour. (One cannot speak of “replace” here.) We are very satisfied with our doctor and the always friendly team. The lovely ladies at reception, the girls who do their best so diligently and brilliantly. (Please be understanding- We are still humans and not transhumans!) This is precisely why telephone contact is often so difficult. Please send an email if that is possible! These people, in connection with their practice and the Alice Hospital, My deepest thanks and the sincerity to say there is nothing better around here. Hier kommt man nichtmal durch um einen Termin zu machen. Fliege seit 2 Tagen ständig aus der Warteschleife. Also wenn man auf Hilfe angewiesen ist, ist man hier aufgeschmissen. Solche Praxen sollten verboten werden!

I visited Dr. several times as a companion in my family environment. Jungmann and I was able to get to know him as a likeable, humorous and, above all, sensitive and competent specialist. From very honest information about the opportunities and risks of various treatment methods (or “just wait and see”) to care during the hospital stay and aftercare: top notch! He was able to deal with the different characters in my family accurately (both with a "warhorse" and with an insecure older lady) and always found the perfect tone and the support needed. Yes, you sometimes have to be patient when making the first appointment and the ladies at reception are not necessarily overflowing with friendliness. However, the DOCTOR is - for my entire family - absolutely convincing and worth every minute of waiting. Therefore I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. The difficult scheduling is partly due to the fact that he takes enough time for each patient (and therefore has fewer appointments - he can't split himself into two) and you should speak to the doctor rather than the whole of his employees Practice poorly evaluated. I am very grateful that we “landed” with him.

Accessibility is very poor. You're constantly being kicked out of the queue. The probability of achieving the practice is almost as high as winning the lottery.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with this practice today and in previous years and can absolutely recommend it. Both doctors and staff are competent, friendly and helpful.

Best doctor I know. I'm surprised at the lower ratings. That the receptionists are supposed to be unfriendly? I can only report the opposite and they are very helpful. It's probably worth remembering that everyone has a bad day sometimes. And just as you call into the forest, it echoes back. I can only recommend the practice

Dr. Jungman is the best urologist I know as a doctor and person. His professional competence is absolutely very good. Can just be recommended. I'm just grateful

1. Unfriendly medical assistants who want to throw you out of the practice just because you don't have an appointment. An outrage! 2. It is all the more disappointing when the Dr. Jungmann refused to examine a 13-year-old with acute symptoms.. with the statement that they wanted to make their son wait 4 hours but even then they could send a child away with severe pain?! It makes you wonder where his compassion and humanity is? In my opinion, such cold, callous people should not become a doctor! Absolutely inappropriate behavior!!
