the products are always as usual, the nice think about this branch, is the the customer service.

The products are cheap but also bad quality (obviously). Difficult to build and not resistant, and it can take really long to receive an item (I waited more than 6 weeks for one chair). Moreover, the prices are not always clear, they often have discounts but you never understand which article has the discount and is really easy to get tricked. The cashiers are often really really unpolite. Today I had a bad experience with them with wrong discount associated to an article and I was not able to get my money back. I don't trust them.

All good, parking, access, goods, but fewer personal, weakness reaction to answering and for more information.

Though I'm trying to recycle old furniture one of a few alternatives if you are in need of new staff.

This is suitable place for domestic and other important things that we are using in our daily routine life.

Nice place , beautiful couches, a bit pricy though i would have given it a five star if the staff was more friendlier

Good store with nice discounts.. One of the good stores available in Darmstadt to buy furniture from. (other things apart from furniture are not so good)

I bought a piece of furniture and they told me to come a week later to pick it up . I came to the store the next day because I found out it doesn't fit in my flat and I asked for a refund. but they refused and offered a coupon when I asked them why the answer was a law (which doesn't exist) !!! but I showed them that this law doesn't exist and even in their customer Policy it states I can get full refund because there are no damages or transportation fees. But they insist to imagine that there is a law enabling them to deduct 50% or give me a coupon. Absolutely Fraudulent activity. P.s When I bought it they didn't mention anything about nonrefundable!!!
