For 6 years I’ve been going here. I really do enjoy the course offerings, as all of the trainers are really nice and proficient in their instructions and motivations. My recommendations are the hot iron course program, or deepwork (if it comes back back into the course rotation) For the rest of the gym: there is all the equipment that you’d want for training and coaches in case you need assistance. The equipment is being replaced on a regular basis, if it’s getting too old, or damaged. They just recently renovated and the new changing are and wellness area look really great.

A glass bottle dropped on the staircase today and the glass flakes fall down to the underground floor. The ladder is hollow and there are quite some machines placed underneath.
