Lovely place, little green oasis and beer garden. Surprising how much you enter another world as soon as you walk in. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Darmstadt

A beer Stein from the freezer to serve my beer on a hot evening, surrounded by tomato plants and hundreds of other aromatic edible vegetation. This beer garden, which encourages you to bring your own food to put onto their grills, is a gem.

It is a nice place. But, BBQ is no longer an option. They offer some snacks or you can bring your own food.

This is one of the more welcoming places I've been to. You bring your own stuff to grill and eat. Coals, a grill and fire are provided, as are cutlery and dishes. You can buy drinks at a counter that are served in ice cold stoneware mugs, and you'll probably end up chatting with your table neighbors or the others standing around a grill. Absolutely great.

This is a very peaceful place just next to the Station. Bring your own Food and have a BBQ. Coal is provided. Excellent bear and drinks. Friendly even for little ones.

This very German biergartent is absolutely amazing. It is like a secret enclave of green in the midfle of the city and in front of the train station. Bring your one meat that you can grill on the bbq they even give you plate and cutlery. The only sell beer and pretzels. It is really is a must see in Darmstadt.

Klause is an oasis in the Hauptbahnhof area. Great people and literally ice cold beer.

A little gem right in the city. Amazing cold beer in cold krugs and a green lush garden. And it's is right by the train station.
