The
venue
would
be
nice
if
it
weren't
for
the
two
inexperienced
bartenders,
especially
when
dealing
with
non-German
speakers.
We
had
a
peaceful
evening
with
friends,
but
at
midnight,
when
we
went
out
to
smoke,
the
barista
became
rude,
claiming
there
was
a
reservation
and
asking
us
to
vacate
the
table.
We
tried
to
explain
that
we
intended
to
pay
before
leaving.
The
situation
escalated
when
the
barista
started
touching
and
moving
our
belongings
on
the
table,
insisting
that
we
had
to
leave
immediately.
Despite
other
customers
going
out
to
smoke
without
issues
and
leaving
their
tables
unattended,
the
barista
forced
us
to
clear
everything
quickly.
Outside,
she
accused
someone
of
not
paying,
and
when
I
tried
to
explain,
she
became
aggressive,
threatening
to
call
the
police
and
accusing
us
of
trying
not
to
pay.
We
called
a
friend
to
settle
the
payment,
but
the
enraged
barista
ejected
us
from
the
venue
without
listening.
Inside
with
two
friends
who
speak
German,
I
tried
to
explain
peacefully,
but
the
barista
was
unyielding,
ignoring
explanations
and
treating
the
girls
rudely.
She
repeatedly
said
things
like
"I
don't
care,"
"blah
blah
blah,"
raising
her
voice
and
giving
sarcastic
smiles
when
we
tried
to
explain.
Her
colleague,
instead
of
mediating,
emphasized
how
one
should
speak
to
a
woman,
without
considering
that
she
had
been
literally
insulting
us
for
an
hour.
This
inconsistent
attitude
and
lack
of
professionalism
ruined
the
evening.
We
felt
offended
by
the
unfounded
accusation
and
rude
treatment,
and
the
barista
even
refused
to
take
our
money
and
refused
to
listen.
The
guy,
instead
of
handling
the
situation,
was
sarcastic
and
uninterested,
saying
things
like
"keep
talking;
I
don't
care."
The
evening
could
have
continued
positively,
but
the
immature
and
incompetent
staff
spoiled
the
experience.
Highly
immature
and
unprofessional
personnel.
