I
broke
my
left
hand
(two
metacarpal
bones)
and
first
drove
to
the
ambulance.
Of
course,
I
had
to
wait
a
lot
for
the
examination
and
X-ray
there,
but
you
know
that
and
you
can
be
prepared
for
it.
All
employees
-
from
the
woman
at
the
reception
at
the
entrance,
the
woman
at
the
outpatient
department,
to
the
doctor
and
the
assistant
in
the
outpatient
department,
to
the
women
doing
the
x-rays
were
friendly
and
professional
in
my
treatment
and
I
felt
seen,
heard
and
in
good
hands
.
The
appointment
on
the
following
day
with
a
CT
wrist
and
a
conversation
with
the
hand
surgeon
went
to
my
complete
satisfaction
-
luckily
with
not
too
long
waiting
times
because
there
wasn't
so
much
going
on
in
the
outpatient
department.
It
turned
out
that
an
outpatient
operation
was
necessary
and
I
was
sent
to
patient
management
for
an
appointment.
There,
too,
everything
was
discussed
in
a
friendly
and
attentive
manner.
The
preliminary
discussions
one
day
before
the
operation
were
also
very
satisfactory.
I
felt
sufficiently
informed
and
well
prepared
for
the
day
of
the
operation.
On
the
day
of
the
operation,
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
at
how
well
and
fluently
everything
was
organized.
I
was
welcomed
in
a
friendly
and
competent
manner
in
the
ambulance
bed
room
and
driven
to
the
operating
room
by
a
great
nurse,
who
first
checked
that
I
got
a
name
tape
on
my
wrist.
He
then
drove
me
to
the
X-ray
check
after
the
operation
and
I
found
it
very
pleasant
to
have
the
same
"driver"
all
day.
In
the
OR
preparation
room
and
in
the
OR,
I
found
all
employees
competent,
calm
and
attentive,
which
helped
me
a
lot,
because
of
course
I
was
afraid
and
didn't
know
exactly.
what
is
happening
now.
The
staff
in
the
recovery
room
also
looked
after
me
perfectly.
Upon
request,
I
was
given
more
painkillers
and
was
transported
back
to
the
room.
There
I
was
able
to
rest
a
little
undisturbed
and
wait
for
the
doctor's
visits.
These,
too,
went
pleasantly
and
with
sufficient
attention.
I
would
particularly
like
to
emphasize
that
the
hand
surgeon
called
me
shortly
after
the
discharge
to
discuss
the
course
of
the
operation,
the
contents
of
the
discharge
letter
and
the
further
treatment.
(Original)
Ich
hatte
mir
die
linke
Hand
gebrochen
(zwei
Mittelhandknochen)
und
bin
zunächst
in
die
Ambulanz
gefahren.
Natürlich
habe
ich
dort
für
Untersuchung
und
Röntgen
viel
Wartezeit
in
Kauf
nehmen
müssen,
aber
das
weiss
man
ja
und
kann
sich
darauf
einstellen.
Alle
Mitarbeiter
-
angefangen
von
der
Frau
am
Empfang
am
Eingang,
der
Frau
an
der Ambulanz
Aufnahme
über
den
Arzt
und
den
Assistenten
in
der Ambulanz
bis
zu
den
Frauen
beim
Röntgen
waren
freundlich
und
professionell
in
meiner
Behandlung
und
ich
fühlte
mich
gesehen,
angehört
und
gut
aufgehoben.
Auch
der
Termin
am
Folgetag
mit
CT
Handgelenk
und
Gespräch
mit
dem
Handchirurg
verlief
zu
meiner
vollsten
Zufriedenheit
-
glücklicherweise
mit
nicht
allzu
langen
Wartezeiten,
weil
in
derAmbulanz
nicht
so
viel
los
war.
Es
stellte
sich
heraus,
dass
eine
ambulante
OP
nötig
ist
und
ich
wurde
zwecks
Termin
zum
Patientenmanagement
geschickt.
Auch
dort
wurde
freundlich
und
aufmerksam
alles
besprochen.
Die
Vorgespräche
einen
Tag
vor
OP
verliefen
ebenfalls
sehr
zufriedenstellend.
Ich
fühlte
mich
ausreichend
informiert
und
gut
vorbereitet
auf
den
OP
Tag.
Am
OP
Tag
selbst
war
ich
positiv
überrascht,
wie
gut
und
fließend
alles
organisiert
war.
Ich
wurde
freundlich
und
kompetent
im
Ambulanz
Krankenbettzimmer
aufgenommen
und
von
einem
tollen
Pfleger,
der
erst
nochmal
checkte,
dass
ich
ein
Namensband
ans
Handgelenk
kriege
zur
OP
gefahren.
Er
hat
mich
dann
auch
nach
der
OP
zur
Röntgenkontrolle
gefahren
und
ich
fand
es
sehr
angenehm,
den
ganzen
Tag
den
gleichen
"Fahrer"
zu
haben.
Im
OP-Vorbereitungsraum
und
im
OP
empfand
ich
alle
Mitarbeiter
als
kompetent,
ruhig
und
aufmerksam,
was
mir
sehr
half,
weil
ich
natürlich
Angst
hatte
und
nicht
genau
wusste,.
was
da
jetzt
alles
passiert.
Auch
die
Mitarbeiterinnen
im
Aufwachraum
haben
haben
mich
tadellos
betreut.
Ich
bekam
auf
Wunsch
mehr
Schmerzmittel
und
der
Rücktransport
ins
Zimmer
erfolgte.
Dort
konnte
ich
ungestört
noch
etwas
ruhen
und
die
Arztbesuche
abwarten.
Auch
diese
verliefen
angenehm
und
mit
ausreichender
Aufmerksamkeit.
Besonders
hervorheben
möchte
ich,
dass
mich
der
Handchirurg
kurz
nach
der
Entlassung
angerufen
hat,
um
den
Verlauf
der
OP,
den
Inhalt
des
Entlassbriefs
und
die
weitere
Behandlung
zu
besprechen.
