I
used
to
go
this
store
to
buy
clothing
for
my
work.
But
I
will
not
be
visiting
again.
One
or
two
years
ago,
I
don´t
remember,
I
was
looking
for
decent/boring
clothes
for
my
work
and
bought
a
bunch
of
stuff
at
Henschel;
one
of
those
stuff
I
tried
in
2
sizes,
both
of
them
fitted
me
well
but
one
of
them
had
a
fabric
mistake
so
I
bought
the
size
without
the
mistake.
At
home,
when
I
put
it
on,
I
noticed
immediately
that
I
had
taken
the
wrong
one,
so
I
took
it
back
to
the
store
and
wanted
to
exchange
it
for
the
one
without
the
mistake.
I
was
trying
to
explaing
the
lady
in
my
mediocre
german
the
situation
and
at
some
point
I
said
"du",
but
I
was
talking
normally
to
a
very
young
lady
and
that
is
never
a
problem
in
Germany,
but
for
some
reason
she
was
not
very
happy
that
I
wanted
to
do
a
Reklamation.
So
the
lady
told
me
in
a
very
unprofessional
way
that
I
had
to
address
her
with
"Sie"
and
then
she
went
away
and
left
me
talking
to
another
lady
(second
lady
was
not
mean).
Even
if
she
is
a
young
person
that
needs
to
be
addressed
formally
with
Sie
instead
of
du,
it
was
not
the
way
to
say
it
to
me
and
if
you
are
a
tolerant
person,
you
don´t
expect
this
kind
of
perfectionism
in
the
language
if
you
are
talking
to
someone
with
another
native
language.
I
can´t
properly
control
when
I
say
du
and
when
I
say
Sie,
unless
I´m
speaking
with
people
much
older
than
me.
She
was
very
rude,
it
was
uncomfortable
and
dissapointing
to
be
treated
like
that,
I
don´t
know
if
it
was
because
I
am
from
another
country,
or
because
I
was
not
dressed
at
the
moment
like
the
women
that
go
the
second
floor
of
the
store
or
if
she
had
a
personal
problem.
But
there
is
no
excuse.
I
have
only
felt
like
that
twice
in
Germany,
this
time
and
when
an
old
drunk
guy
on
the
tram
yelled
to
me
and
my
husband
because
we
were
in
Germany
and
were
not
speaking
german.
The
worst
thing
is
that
I
took
home
the
clothing
without
the
mistake,
only
to
discover
that
it
was
also
damaged
somewhere
else,
but
I
didn´t
want
to
go
back
again
(keine
Lust,
danke)
and
decided
to
fix
it
myself
(haven´t
done
it).
I
am
aware
that
that
lady´s
actions
don´t
necessarily
represent
all
the
company,
but
since
I
can´t
write
the
review
for
the
specific
person
who
spoke
to
me
like
that,
the
review
goes
for
the
store.
