Für
das
Gericht,
das
ich
hatte,
kann
ich
leider
nur
eine
3
geben,
obwohl
ja,
die
Location
ist
cool,
ist
geräumig...
Die
Bedienung
war
freundlich…jung,
aber
souverän
und
erfahren.
Aber
ich
bin
in
erster
Linie
am
leckeren
Essen
interessiert.
Ich
hatte
das
Garnelenpfännchen
mit
Sepianudeln
(dunkle
Tagliatelle)
mit
Ratatouille
Gemüse
und
Aioli.
Es
sieht
erstmal
toll
aus,
aber
es
hatte
eben
nicht
den
erwarteten
geschmacklichen
„Boah“
-
Effekt.
Die
Nudeln
mit
Gemüse
waren
mit
etwas
Rosmarin
und
bisschen
Knoblauch
gewürzt.
Nicht
schlecht,
aber
nichts
außergewöhnliches.
Die
Garnelen
waren
perfekt
scharf
angebraten,
leicht
säuerlich,
aber
harmonisch.
Was
mir
hier
gefehlt
hat,
war
Knoblauch.
Garnelen
lieben
Knoblauch
und
Zitrone.
Knoblauch
hat
gefehlt.
Wovon
ich
aber
wirklich
leider
enttäuscht
war,
war
das
Aioli.
Es
hatte
zwar
die
Basis
aus
Eiweiß
und
Öl,
aber
sonst
war
es
kein
Aioli,
sondern
eine
Eigenkreation
auf
Aioli
Basis.
Gelb-orange
und
lediglich
nach
Zitrone
und/oder
Zitronengras
schmeckend.
Hier
hat
ebenfalls
komplett
der
Knoblauch
gefehlt
-
die
Kernzutat
von
Aioli;
vllt.
auch
erdrückt
durch
die
Zitrone,
aber
ich
konnte
leider
keinen
Knoblauch
schmecken.
Ach
übrigens,
die
Gnocchi
auf
Burrata,
die
ich
von
meiner
Tischnachbarin
probieren
durfte,
waren
sehr
lecker.
Alles
in
allem,
bis
auf
die
Garnelen,
etwas
fad…und
für
24€
,
etwas
teuer-fad.

Unfortunately
I
can
only
give
a
3
for
the
dish
I
had,
although
yes,
the
location
is
cool,
it's
spacious...
The
service
was
friendly...young,
but
confident
and
experienced.
But
I'm
primarily
interested
in
delicious
food.
I
had
the
shrimp
pan
with
sepia
noodles
(dark
tagliatelle)
with
ratatouille
vegetables
and
aioli.
It
looks
great
at
first,
but
it
just
didn't
have
the
expected
taste
"Whoa"
-
effect.
The
noodles
with
vegetables
were
seasoned
with
a
little
rosemary
and
a
bit
of
garlic.
Not
bad,
but
nothing
exceptional.
The
prawns
were
seared
to
perfection,
slightly
sour
but
harmonious.
What
I
was
missing
here
was
garlic.
Shrimp
love
garlic
and
lemon.
Garlic
was
missing.
Unfortunately,
what
I
was
really
disappointed
with
was
the
aioli.
It
was
based
on
egg
white
and
oil,
but
otherwise
it
wasn't
an
aioli,
but
a
self-made
creation
based
on
aioli.
Yellow-orange
and
only
tastes
like
lemon
and/or
lemongrass.
The
garlic
was
also
completely
missing
here
-
the
core
ingredient
of
aioli;
maybe
also
crushed
by
the
lemon,
but
unfortunately
I
could
not
taste
any
garlic.
By
the
way,
the
gnocchi
on
burrata
that
I
was
allowed
to
try
from
my
table
neighbor
were
very
tasty.
All
in
all,
except
for
the
shrimp,
a
bit
bland...
and
for
€24,
a
bit
expensive-bland.
