I've
been
with
Bodyculture
since
2018
and
I
don't
regret
a
single
day
that
I've
worked
in
this
company.
In
addition
to
training
courses
and
various
employee
bonuses,
the
company
also
offers
its
employees
the
opportunity
to
advance
within
the
company.
Everyone
who
has
patience
and
really
gets
involved
will
be
rewarded.
The
company
works
with
flat
hierarchies,
which
means
that
good
ideas
are
implemented
directly
and
it
doesn't
matter
whether
the
idea
comes
from
a
trainee
or
a
studio
manager.
What
has
been
extremely
noticeable
for
a
long
time
are
the
many
excellently
trained
students
and
trainees
who
offer
real
added
value
for
the
company
and
its
customers.
The
company
strives
for
constant
growth
and
improvement
and
makes
employees
feel
like
they
are
part
of
something
bigger.
I
would
also
like
to
say
that
I
have
been
a
member
of
Bodyculture
since
2010
and
as
a
customer
you
often
had
the
feeling
that
you
were
not
valued
or,
for
example,
that
it
was
almost
impossible
to
reach
someone
in
administration.
All
of
that
has
gradually
changed
completely
since
around
2016.
In
addition
to
a
call
center
that
helps
you
with
all
questions
and
can
almost
always
be
reached,
you
also
have
the
feeling
that
the
employees
are
working
for
the
customer
and
no
longer
against
him.
For
all
those
who
have
had
bad
experiences
or
read
bad
reviews
here
and
there,
I
can
only
advise
them
to
visit
one
of
our
studios
again
and
see
for
themselves!

(Original)
Ich
bin
jetzt
seit
2018
bei
Bodyculture
beschäftigt
und
ich
bereue
keinen
Tag
an
dem
ich
in
diesem
Unternehmen
gearbeitet
habe.
Das
Unternehmen
ermöglich
seinen
Mitarbeitern
neben
Schulungen
und
verschiedener
Mitarbeiterbonis
auch
die
Möglichkeit
im
Unternehmen
aufzusteigen.
Jeder
der
Geduld
mitbringt
und
sich
richtig
reinhängt,
wird
dafür
belohnt.
Das
Unternehmen
arbeitet
mit
flachen
Hierarchien,
was
Bedeutet,
dass
gute
Ideen
direkt
Umgesetzt
werden
und
da
spielt
es
keine
Rolle,
ob
die
Idee
von
einem
Azubi
oder
einer
Studioleitung
kommt.
Was
seit
geraumer
Zeit
extrem
auffällt,
sind
die
vielen
hervorragend
ausgebildeten
Studenten
und
Azubis,
die
einen
echten
Mehrwert
bieten
für
das
Unternehmen
und
deren
Kunden.
Das
Unternehmen
ist
auf
stätigen
Wachstum-
und
Verbesserung
aus
und
gibt
Angestellten
das
Gefühl,
Teil
von
etwas
größerem
zu
sein.
Ergänzend
will
ich
noch
sagen,
dass
ich
jetzt
schon
seit
2010
Mitglied
bin
bei
Bodyculture
und
man
als
Kunde
oft
das
Gefühl
hatte,
man
wird
nicht
wertgeschätzt
oder
es
z.B.
fast
unmöglich
war,
jemanden
in
der
Verwaltung
zu
erreichen.
All
das
hat
sich
seit
ungefähr
2016
nach
und
nach
völlig
verändert.
Neben
einem
Call
Center,
dass
einem
bei
allen
Fragen
behilflich
ist
und
auch
fast
immer
zu
erreichen
ist,
hat
man
auch
das
Gefühl
die
Mitarbeiter
arbeiten
für
den
Kunden
und
nicht
mehr
gegen
Ihn.
Für
alle
die
mal
schlechte
Erfahrungen
gemacht
haben
oder
hier
und
da
schlechte
Bewertungen
gelesen
haben,
denen
kann
ich
nur
raten,
mal
wieder
eins
unserer
Studios
zu
besuchen
und
sich
selbst
ein
Bild
zu
machen!
Viele
Grüße
aus
der
Pfnorstraße
