10/10 treatment! Masie was absolutely amazing. This was my first time having any sort of laser hair removal treatment so I was very nervous, and she talked to me through the entire process. It was completely pain free, to the point that I didn’t even realise that she had started using the laser! The customer service was incredible and I just want to thank Maisie for how professional yet friendly she was for the entire session. Such a lovely girl 💕 This session has made me look forwards to my future treatments! When they say ‘Pain-free’ they reallyyyyy meant it! (Hair removal on lower tummy)

I was seen by lovely Seendy, who was professional in her approach, she took time to talk through and listen to my needs, she advised me on what would be best for me and she was definitely right. She didn’t rush my treatment and went above and beyond to help me achieve my desired outcomes. I will be returning for all my future treatments with Seendy, I would highly recommend her services.

The staff are so lovely, cheerful, helpful and accommodating . When I had an issue with my treatment it was sorted quickly and with understanding. I love the ladies here. I always feel safe when I am feeling vulnerable in my treatments. They are okay with my endless nerves chatter during treatment🥰. Thank you ladies

Kyria did a great job. She informed me of how to care for my skin going forwards. She encouraged me about my progress and even advised that I can start having sessions every 6weeks instead of 4 weeks. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌

I had my laser consultation with Dayana, who was friendly and very informative. I was comfortable speaking to her about my concerns and felt reassured with her responses. The clinic was very clean and well looked after. I left the clinic feeling confident in my treatment choices and am looking forward to having my first treatment after my holiday.

I could not fault this place, even if I tried! The girls that work here are so nice and welcoming, they make you feel at ease with any treatment you have and go above and beyond to help you with any advice or queries you have. Gutting there is only 5 stars because I would give a solid 10 🤍

Do not give them your money, go elsewhere. There are better companies that offer the same treatments with better service! I had 2 treatments where they have burned me. The mango peel, where the staff member didn’t even tell me she burned my face, she just ran out the room to get another staff member. The manager then told me not to carry on with the treatment, but the company have declined to refund me £2,000 that I paid. She also lied to their head office, stating that a refund was discussed at the time. I did not, I just wanted to get home as my face was ‘on fire’. No such discussion was had. I wrote an email of complaint and had no response until I commented on one of their social media posts. Truly awful service! Avoid!
