This is a newly opened Spa at Emerald Clarks Inn suites Mysore. Greay service and I had a fabulous massage by Pli my therapist. The ambience is beautiful and rates are reasonable. Looking forward to being a regular here. Highly recommend the deep tissue massage. Cheers

They have a tie up with one of the good hotels in Mysore. During check in we were provided with coupons for SPA but during the service one of my friend was asked if they need any other kind of services. Highly unprofessional and promoting wrong culture. Hope this is taken care in future.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the spa experience. From the moment I entered, expecting a Thai massage with hot stone therapy and aromatic essential oils as mentioned online whole booking,I was informed they didn't offer those services. Despite initially booking a 90-minute massage, I opted for a 60-minute session due to their unconvincing explanation. The massage experience itself was subpar, with excessive noise and disturbances outside. I had to request the masseuse to play music for a semblance of relaxation. The masseuse lacked expertise, especially when addressing my leg pain; her attempts seemed uninformed. Promised green tea after the massage was unavailable, adding to the disappointment. Overall, it was a waste of money. And please don't trust all the good reviews here, I highly doubt they are genuine,looks like paid reviews.I fell for a trap looking at the reviews and opting for this spa.

This was an amazing experience. The therapist Melisa who has 8 years of experience gave me this swedish spa massage. I was a new mom when I took this service and she knew exactly what was required.
