It is 2 parts, Villas and B apartments, very nice place their is one super market,one mosque, car wash, 2 restaurants Baker and other shops. Under construction A section of apartments and VIP Villas

This apartment complex nice very clean and it has everything that you need the location is great and it has amazing views There is only one problem the elevator is not in good shape

If you are looking for a modern place near the city of Zakho or even Duhok, this is a place for you. Shops and restaurants are an added bonus. Most important factor has to be the British International School and a safety of your children's outdoor play area.
