Typical crowded Jollibee that we all have grown to love. It would not be Jollibee if it wasn't jam-packed and abuzz. 😅 The food - albeit having small servings - are sumptuous. The staff - although overworked - still always manages to give the best service. I also saw an elderly staff member, kudos to Jollibee for giving them this opportunity. Not the best branch that I've ever visited, but definitely one of my favorites.

This is a nice restaurant to dine with your kids. The kids will enjoy the meals specially when the Jolly mascot is around and entertaining each and every customer. Also, very accessible and convenient with ample parking space.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Jollibee branch located in Waltermart Cabuyao. Not only did they make me feel like a fool, but it was entirely unjustified and not my fault in any way. The introduction of their new buzzer system only added to the frustration, as it would ring incessantly even when our order was far from complete. To make matters worse, the staff decided to make us wait at the counter while they prepared our food. This unnecessary delay was already irritating, but what truly crossed the line was the behavior of one particular crew member. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she took it upon herself to lecture us condescendingly about going to the counter to collect our food, despite another crew member having already spoken to us about making changes to our order due to unavailability. What truly astounded me was the utter lack of respect shown by this crew member. She not only mocked us from a distance, making derogatory remarks that were audible to other customers, but she also refused to listen to any explanations or acknowledge the fact that our order was being altered. Instead, she chose to belittle us, making us appear foolish and incompetent for not knowing what to do when the buzzer rang. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that prides itself on providing quality service. It is disheartening to see the disregard for customer satisfaction and the disrespectful treatment we received during our visit. I hope that Jollibee management takes immediate action to address the shortcomings of their Cabuyao branch. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and incidents like this should never be allowed to happen again.

Would have done dine in but can't because of too many people and no chairs or tables available. There are even birthday parties upstairs so lalong nawalan ng spaces na kakainan. Took too long for a burger and peach mango pie order.
