Pros: Might be the best Indian food in Taichung, the butter chicken masala curry was the top! Nans are a must!!! Cons: Indian food it’s rare in Taiwan, so it’s pricy compared to other southern east Asia.

I love the new location and decoration. much more spacious than the older one. Foods are delicious as always. but in winter, the indoor temperature is as cold as it is outdoor. I’m wondering why…

I went there for the grand opening of the new Indian style bar above the restaurants. Had a really great time, there were belly dancers and the staff and owners treated us like family. Everyone was having fun. They have a extensive cocktail menu and beers. They also serve Indian snacks and appetizers. Highly recommend you check this place out.

Absolutely the best Indian restaurant I've had in Taiwam 🥰🥰😍😍😍 chicken curry is divine and Mango Lassi is so on point amazing service and food. the waiter kindly answered all my questions and was excellent with refilling water and clearing the plates truly a worthy dining experience 🥰😍 the food was so good we forgot to take pictures. over all an amazing experience!!! would definitely come again!

The best Indian restaurant in Taichung. The relation between quality and food is very good. There is a suggested menu depends on the group of people. The mango drink was the first time that I tried and it was also delicios. More or less this meal costs 700 NTD.

What a treat, some amazing traditional Indian flavors cooked perfect. All food was delivered hot and fresh. You can tell authentic herbs and spices are used along with good quality meat and fish. Was a real change to have a proper curry instead of some of the other Indians we have tried. Will certainly be visiting again and the staff were brilliant.

Its ok, speaking from an experienced curry eaters perspective, the food is below average, the service is ok, until you’re almost finished eating and then your presented with the bill and being rushed out of the door. The staff need a lesson in genuine Indian dining etiquette. I won’t be using this place again.

Today I ordered some food to take away. The restaurant seemed very cosy and we'll decorated and I was pleased when the staff were also happy for me to do a take away order. The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive whilst I was waiting. The food was amazing! I ordered a Lamb Sagwala and two roti. The curry was the best Sag I've had and this is always my go to curry when having Indian food. Luxuriously creamy and just the right spice to get me glowing. I'm in the city for five more nights and imagine I will be back. Thank you for a lovely meal.

The service was really nice. The cashew curry is pretty rice and sweet. But the spinach one is average. Satisfied but had better one.

First time to visit this place. It was worth it. One of my friends really don’t like anything curry but end up liking the food and ordering the Garlic Naan multiple times. The ambience is good, wish they add Indian music to add to a great ambience and feeling. Over all the place is good, service is great! friendly staff. A must try!

This place has several branches around Taiwan. This branch is newly renovated. Excellent service, food and environment.

Our favorite Indian restaurant in Taichung. Just tried this new location next to the chaoma bus terminal. Just as delicious as our wonderful Dakeng branch. There's scooter parking across the street. There's a bar open upstairs room 8-2am if you're feeling like a drink or two.

Greeted nicely and was seated almost immediately. Nice place. I love spicy food so I came here knowing I'll be paying more than I typically do for dinner. Food tastes good overall! I was a bit disappointed that my food wasn't spicy even tho I asked for it to be "super spicy.". It was more like a 1/10 spicy. For the price I paid I expected better.

As much as I like Chilisine, this location just wasn't as good as their other locations. On top of that, the restaurant is very cramped. There's not much space and they try to squeeze as many tables as possible. The plus side, the service is very friendly.

One of the best Indian Cuisine Tasted. The Set Menu was incredibly Tasty and The variety of taste was incredible. Staff could speak engkish Fluently and Very Nice. They are also fast and compact. Absolutely incredible. Chilliesine my personal best Indian Restaurant in Taichung.

Tasty indian food. Nice and fast service. But closes early by 1.30 in the afternoon. Ofcourse all restaurants in taiwan follows these timings. I felt prices are a bit high. Had a lamb biryani and taste was so good. Please plan to go early by 12 in the afternoon and 6 in the evening so that you all items will be available. Gets crowded on weekends.

Very disappointed. Order appetizer and main dishes. The appetizer (samosas) came at the end. The skin of the samosas are thick and chewy. Naan is flat. Food is so so. Portion is small. Hardly any service. No one came to refill our water the entire evening. So all of us only have a small glass of water! There’re insufficient utensils on the table for serving. Have to grab from other table. They just stand around chatting. Definitely won’t be going back. 😡

Very impressed to find this gem in Taichung. The Indian food was some of the best I’ve had! We got the butter chicken and chicken korma. The gravy for both dishes was spiced to perfection and the chicken had the smoky flavor of a tandoori oven. If you’re looking for some great Indian food, this is definitely the place! Staff speak both English and mandarin.

Second time to try Indian cuisine and probably This restaurant is my favorite. Two ppl’s set is just a lot for two ppl, we had really delicious lunch here.

I have no idea how this place has a 4.5 star rating at this point; and I’m also annoyed at the public who duped me with this rating. I don’t know if they used to be good but has since degraded, or if previous customers had not tried any other Indian places in Taichung; but I will go as far as to say that this is one of the worst Indian places I’ve eaten at in Taichung for these reasons: 1. The 2 person set is way more expensive then most Indian restaurants in Taichung, and they have a service charge at that. 2. The soup is watery and watered down, unlike other Indian places. 3. The Tikka was not really good, taste wise. 4. Sautéed veg? More like Costco frozen veg with some spices. Curry and the naan was ok, so if you really want to go, I suggest just get that. Big disappointment.

The restaurant’s interior is superb. It feels calm and relaxing. A very instagrammable place. Aside from that, the food served in this Indian restaurant is by far the best from the ones I visited in Taichung. The staff are also welcoming and is ready to provide service to customers.
