Virginia at IVS did a great job helping me to extend my VOA for an extra 30 days! Initially I was skeptical about handing over my passport, since this would not be common practice in my country. But then I visited immigration in person, and I realized it would be a complicated nightmare to extend VOA on my own, requiring multiple trips and leaving my passport there for weeks. Indo visa solutions got the job done fast, good communication, and only cost a little extra compared to doing the work myself. 5 stars, recommend.
